Positive points: My flight landed late so I needed to check in past 12am, the staff accommodated me so I could check in. The room was spacious for a solo traveler and was quiet. The beach, shops and restaurants are a 10-15 min Grab ride away.

Review: Once we found homestay we enjoyed the experience of staying in local suburbia Da Nang. The front room was very comfortable with a good view of a small park. Hard to get a lot of information from owners due to lack of english. Having said that they did arrange transport to the airport at a reasonable price.

Review: Mình gửi đồ trước ở homestay để đi Ngũ Hành Sơn và check in sau đó. Vợ chú Hải và chú Hải rất nhiệt tình típ đón. Phòng rất mới lót sàn giả gỗ, tiện nghi đầy đủ, có nước ấm. Mình thuê 2 xe máy số và chú Hải sau đó rất nhiệt tình trả lại số tiền thu dư do phí thuê xe tay ga cao hơn xe số.

Positive points: The owners are incredible. They are so kind and generous they understood that my mom had knee problem and changed our room as my mom couldn’t walk the stairs. Very helpful and sweet family

Review: Mình đi gia đình có 1 em bé. Cả nhà cô chủ rất nhiệt tình : hỗ trợ xách hành lí lên lầu, hướng dẫn bắt xe, ..Mình đi có em bé 2 tháng nên cô ưu tiên phòng rộng và có view rộng thoáng.
Lần tới có dịp ghé cả nhà mình sẽ nghỉ ngơi tại đây ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Positive points: It's an apartment like stay run by a family. The person helped us with our bikes and gave information about sightseeing. They even got us breakfast one day as we didn't know where to go. Very sweet and helpful people. The room was compact, clean and tidy with a mini fridge and AC.

Review: The room was very comfortable. We were so impressed with Ms Hoa's Kindness & care. She is very helpful, efficient and prompt in her action. The location is amazing, close to the river and other shopping areas. We were staying three nights & the the stay was very comfortable. Terrace area for drying clothes also very clean. Best place to stay. Well maintained room, Pleasant, Polite and helpful family. Centrally located. No lift facility. Looking forward to stay again.

btw, we just need a room at good location. no other service is needed. if you are thinking about all sorts of services, english speaking staff,not sure you should choose this place.

Review: We stayed here for 3days 2 nights. The staff is friendly. This place is strategic as it is walking distance to the night market and the dragon bridge. There's a small park in front of it for us to sit and relax. This area is calmer. The room is enough for 2 people. The owner waited for the grab driver with us outside although it was considered late at night. Overall, I would recommend this place for others.

Positive points: Perfect for myself and the place was cleaned every day! Nothing to complain about. Very comfortable and having the air conditioning is a big plus. Good value for money!
