The counter lady even made pastries for usnDelta: if you’re staying in the upper floors, you’ll have to carry your luggage up narrow flights of stairs. Breakfast is not included which was a problem for us coz besides a couple of convenient stores within walking distances,, you can’t get anything to eat in the morningnOverall, it’s not bad, but I’d probably try another hotel the next time I visit Kenting

Positive points: It was a very pleasant and satisfying stay in Bai Sha Tan Cottage! I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel's location is great. It is in between Xiao Wan the small beach (& Qingren tan the Lovers' beach) and Da Wan the main beach. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to each beach. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The receptionist lady always had a big smile and was ready to help us with any questions we had. Her English is excellent. The room was very spacious and clean, neat and modern style model, and the bed was very comfortable, which had an excellent mattress. The bathroom was also clean and nice, the bathtub was clean and comfortable, and the hot water was always nice and hot. The balcony has a set of a small table and two chairs, it was great for having a breakfast there, while looking at the street views and the mountains.

Review: The tour recommended were out of the itinerary that have been discussed and confirmed . tour guide is rude , but accomodation isn't that bad.

Positive points: Excellent location, 6 minute walk from the beach, right across from a bus stop, and directly on the main night market street.

Review: Room was comfortable but a bit inconvenience if travel will big luggage cause have to use staircase if stay in high floor.nOwner very helpful will offer lots of local tour or hotel transfer pick up from Kaohsiung.nProvide to us the scooter rent facility.

Positive points: The location is good: near the bus stops of Kenting Police substation (if you take the Kenting Express) and near to Kenting elementary school (if you take the local bus). It is10 minutes from Xiaowan, next to a running track (perfect for morning jogging). It is near the main street where you find a lot of night markets.nThe room was very spacious and luminous, you can actually open the window and let some air flow (unlike many other taiwanese hotels).. The staff was very nice and helpful, and spoke good english too!nIt was very comfortable to stay there, If i go back to kenting i will choose this place.

Review: It located near the Kinting Street and Service is great! But there are only stairs. The roof area is great!

Positive points: Other than being a clean and spacious room with a great bed, bathtub and a balcony - the manager was most helpful in all aspects of our stay. She was very informative and service oriented before we arrived and during the whole stay. Excellent job!

Review: It's right beside the night market. nThe whole building comprises of only 7 rooms, so we didn't manage to enjoy the roof top garden since another group of guest were already there. But view was great from the sea view room, it oversees a school and sea and you can have a glimpse at the night market from the balcony.

Review: Nice room with Seaview and able to see beautiful sunset on the rooftop. Kending street is just outside the hotel.

Positive points: It may not look like it on the maps, but this is right on one end of the night market. But tucked away so there's not much noise from the street. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would not hesitate to book again.rnrnAlso liked the foot wash station before going inside.

Review: Is a recommended hotel. Great location, just walk out from alley and u will reach kenting street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. nnonly disadvantage is there is no lift on this building. it is very difficult for us travelling with heavy luggage. but the staff helped us to carry up.
