Review: The hotel was nice. Easy to find located on a main corner. Staff spoke a little English, the locals however did not. Even ordering pho at a pho restaurant we had to point at the word on the wall. Room had all we need but we did have a power cut while we were there. Inconvenient but a fun night trying to get it back on
