Positive points: The whole experience was fabulous. Breakfast was excellent and very well prepared and tasted great. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We borrowed bikes which was great fun.the staff made the holiday and we will definitely return.

Review: What I like about the Athenia is the staff are very friendly and helpful. they always clean the room everyday. The food is great and delicious. We like the bed it was comfortable to sleep and room smell good. Nice view from the terrace.. it is in good location.. very relaxing and quiet.

We definitely come back again.

Positive points: The staff we absolutely the best! So accommodating to our needs as well as advising the best activities for our stay. The hotel had a big garden where our son could play including a beautiful swimming/relaxing area.

Positive points: The hotel is located just a bit out of the old town and next to the beach. The area is a bit more calm which we loved as the rest we got here was on the next level. The pool area with the most hospitable staff so far on this trip and the fun we had there. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to old town and back as well as a lot of other activities. Next time coming to Hoi An we won’t have to think twice on where to stay.

Positive points: Very comfortable, clean and good facilities. The free shuttle service to the main area of Hoi an is great and very accommodating. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. Nice and close to the beach. Food and drinks at the hotel were also very tasty and reasonably priced.

Review: Spacious room under the roof, not so cozy but with comfortable beds, a balcony and a big bathroom.
The staff is nice and helpful. There is a pretty big pool and a bar, you have to pay for drinks.

Positive points: The staff were amazing at the Athenia and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. We booked a family room. It was good to have the 2 rooms as a lot bigger than other hotels. The shower was powerful and hot. We enjoyed the large pool. The hotel was a. 10 minute walk to the beach so we did this most days and found lots of coffee shops, restaurants and spas. The 15 minute ride into the old town meant that we have peace and quiet when we left.

Positive points: I seldomly eat at hotel restaurants, but a gut-feeling told me I would try the one at Athenia Hotel. Gosh I was right!!! If you’re a guest there, take the advantage to try local specialties of the chef! You’ll appreciate it.

Hotel is within a short walk of minimart, restaurants and the beach. Quiet area. Traffic in Hoi An is overall better than many places in Vietnam so I felt very safe walking to the beach and crossing the street.

My room was located on the fifth floor. The room is very large with the bathroom almost as large as the main room. The balcony was peaceful and there was an unobstructed view of the sea.

Breakfast included options forages, sausage, bacon, soup, rice, noodles, bread, pastries, hash browns, fresh juice.

The staff were very accommodating. They called you by name and was so helpful. I needed rush laundry services after returning from a tour that evening in order to be ready early the next day and they got it to me the same evening.

Note to remote workers - the wifi is very slow. At times I was unable to use the internet even in the wee hours of the morning. That was my only point of frustration. But, it's completely out of the hotels' hands. It's an issue with the network provider and coverage in that area. After I mentioned my issues the staff immediately checked with their vendor to improve the signal. Yet another testament to how great the staff are.

Positive points: Fabulous hotel, very comfortable. Location near beach, easy and cheap to get grab taxi into Hoi An old town. Rooms spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Staff were so helpful, we booked excursion to Marble Mountain, cookery class and taxi to airport through reception. A big thanks to Bea, Daisy and Billy. Would highly recommend this hotel.
