Review: The title says it all. I have stayed here at least 3 times for business travel, and I have found them to be exceptionally kind, patient, friendly, and professional. They deliver well with their services as an excellent hotel host. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Ascott Waterplace!

Review: we enjoy stayed at ascot. and this is not the 1st time. i am thank you for the ms Rika who are helping us to send our left behind at our roomn i believe other staff has the same good attitude. recommend hotel to stay

Positive points: Apartment is spacious enough. Bed is big and bathroom is also big with the bathtub
Negative points: The AC location is literally next to bed and fan right to my wife's head. She have to open the door room to block the aircon otherwise she'll get sick. Wifi is unstable, we use our own data and I hotspot data for my laptop cause it's really bad
