Review: During the stay there was a little problem in the room but it was immediately handled by the staff. However, so far during the stay, the staff is very good, the facilities in the room are complete and the view of the room is right with the ocean view. Thank you
Positive points: Not our first stay. nAlways our prefer place to stay when visite makassar Best location and always helpfull staff 👍🏽
Negative points: First time of our stay here we get the room smell so humid, it says non smoking room but it smell cigarette and we found some cigarette butt at the trashbin in the bathroom.
Review: good service.. good facilities.. clean..
Positive points: Due to a delayed flight, we could only get to the hotel the morning after our check-in date. Despite this the hotel staff were very accomodating and ensured that we could still use the booking and gave us a free very late check out. We were so grateful for the kindness of the staff. all staff were extremely friendly/

Review: We had stayed during eid holidays. Exceptional service. Clean room, big bathroom, great views, they even provided fruits and cake in our room. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices
Positive points: Location is good
Negative points: That time the swimming pool was under construction/maintenance. I was booking this hotel also because they have swimming pool.
Positive points: Location
Negative points: Room bit dated

Review: The hotel is very iconic, very nice breakfast spread, warm and friendly staffs. Location is great, just minutes away from alot of scenic places.
Positive points: mostly clean and comfortable bed. staff very friendly.
Negative points: over priced fir what it is. my room had cracked tiles in bathroom, chair falling apart, stains on carpet and walls. needs a lots of work before it will be the luxury hotel they seem to think they are. I’ve stayed at nicer places in the same part of Makassar for half the price (Expressia Hotel)
Review: Karena saya alergi debu, muka saya alergi bengeb dan kulit gatal krn debunya , kamar lembah
Positive points: great location, no other hotel can compete. great view (ocean view)
Negative points: should have a major renovation, not partial
Review: The hotel, the location, the service , the food for breakfast all everything is the best . The hotel is old but everything is still the best .nI’ll stay in this hotel again when ever I came to visit Makasar again
Positive points: laundry service is quick
Review: This is my accountable stay ini this hotel. We love it because the hospitality, the is perfect. nThe only hotel in Makassar that shows the 5 stars service. nnUnfortunately, the furniture are old, and I can see several broken stuff or a little mold in the bathroom. But thats only one the disadvantages of this hotel. nnLast time we stay here. There's a improvement, a playground room. My children were very happy. nnWe'd still come back. And will very happy if the hotel consider to renovate it. nnnn
Positive points: not much
Negative points: the furnishings were old and beat up. the dining room was swarming with mosquitoes. the staff wasn’t helpful. not much to like here.
