Review: The ugliest hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. The bathroom doesn't drain, the room smells so bad. Everything in the room is very old and unpleasant. I paid for 3 days and checkout after few hours. Cleanliness is more important than money, and I think about the happiness of the holiday. Plz don’t choose this hotel for your holiday.
Positive points: Price, location, bed & sheets.
Negative points: Dark, dirty. Long black hairs everywhere. Mould in bathroom. Whole room stunk of urine. Photos of rooms misleading. No window only an internal window onto staircase which is always lit. Tv did not work. We checked out after one night as was too depressing even for the price.

Review: Stayed two nights , aircon good, showers good, rooms small and no windows, cost great, was able to leave bags after check out, would recommend
Positive points: Friendly staff.
Negative points: Moldy room with no ventilation, bad smell and sticky floor. Electricity cables come out of the ceiling in the bathroom.

Review: The landlady is very friendly, the reception staff are enthusiastic and everyone in this area is very friendly and likable. I will come back to Da Nang next time.
Positive points: location close to the beach and inside the tourist area.
Negative points: pretty basic facilities, tv not working, sound can easily hear from outside or next room.

Positive points: The staff are so nice, friendly and accommodating. I was upgraded to a better bigger brighter room which I really loved! Room cleaning when you needed. The laundry service and water all available on the property.

Positive points: They change me to another hotel when I arrived, which is Zenta，it just 1 minutes away and it’s closer to the beach, the good thing is that area don’t have karaoke or massage downstairs. They let me check the room beforehand. I like their efficient service
Negative points: Consider about just a short stay the hotel bathroom actually has a urine smell but once you close the door you hardly smell anything. The sound proofing not the best as there are 3girls stays next door. I can hear their conversation clearly.

Chỗ ở thì tăm tối, khó tìm thấy. Bất tiện.
Wifi cực yếu, 1 mạng wifi dùng cho mấy tầng lầu.
Tủ lạnh không có điện, không có mini bar trong tủ.
Nhân viên tệ, phụ thu không hợp lý, giữa giá phòng tiêu chuẩn và phòng superior không quá khác biệt mấy, phòng rất nhỏ không to và không như ảnh.
Nói chung cực kì tệ, không có như review, nếu lần sau có đi thì loại khách sạn này đầu tiên, còn ai muốn trải nghiệm dịch vụ tệ này thì thử xem giống ý kiến mình không nhé!
Positive points: The location is decent. It is close to the beach.
Negative points: We were in the apartment on the 1st floor. The room had an unpleasant smell. The bed was hard and we required extra pillows but the staff had only one. The lock on our door was almost impossible to open. Had to request staff assistance twice.

Negative points:
The noise from the street.
The sliding windows did not seem to close properly.
We moved room next morning to a room without a window and were very happy.
