Review: I stayed here 2 nights and would definitely recommend this place! The food is amazing, especially the dinner if you choose to have it here. The host is very helpful with arranging activities or onward travel.
I had a private room with a shared bathroom. The room was one floor up and had a lovely view towards the rice fields.
The only downside is that you hear everything from the nearby rooms.

Positive points: An is a very good host and her staff are all super friendly. The food is delicious too (very accommodating for vegan food). We were very happy to book our Ha Giang loop by car (3 nights, 4 days) at An's house and were super happy with our tour guide Quy.

Review: I had the bungalow which was very fairly priced and very comfortable with AC. Looks exactly as pictured. Meals were good. Staff was very helpful, assisted with laundry service and transportation to ATM and bus stop. Highly recommend to stop here before or after the Ha Giang loop—they also have their own tour service.

Positive points: Comfortable, clean, cozy and away from the loud city. Just the place you want to be after a multiple day long motorbike tour.

Review: We absolutely loved staying here! It’s further out from the town but the town isn’t very nice anyway. There are views over the paddy’s, lotus fields and mountains! We ate there as well and it was delicious!

Positive points: Such a wonderful friendly place the outlook so peaceful. And the owner so friendly and extremely helpful. Helped me with my travel itinerary. Best nights sleep i had in vietnam. Usally beds are so hard. But perfect here. Our dinner there was fantastic.

Review: We stayed for a night at each end of our ha giang loop easy rider tour organised via An's house. The tour itself went very smoothly. As it was just 2 of us, we avoided the homestays with the large groups and got to do one or two things without many tourists such as a stunning 3 to 4km hike up into the mountains along the ma pi leng pass. Unfortunately we wish they chose to go counter-clockwise as we stopped at every place going clockwise that the big groups stopped at. Big as in 30 to 40 other young Europeans on their bikes and easy riders. Wasn't the most enjoyable but nothing to do with An's in honesty.
An held our things for us and had our room ready for our return. The room is basic but very comfortable with gorgeous views of the rice paddies.

Best thing about this place is the staff who were incredibly kind and accommodating.

I would recommend this place highly!

Positive points: Ann is incredibly helpful and fun to hang out/talk to, the FOOD (especially dinner) is the best we've had anywhere in Vietnam, and the location is the perfect distance from town, walkable but away from the noise. The backyard view is beautiful and tranquil with lots of birds stopping by and rice fields in the distance. All staff are friendly and helpful and can organize bus rides, tours, etc. We stayed here before and after the Ha Giang loop and were completely satisfied.

Just note that the private rooms as not as private as some may expect. Other guests are only a thin wall away and not secure.

Positive points: Room is cute, but the best part was the fresh dumplings in the morning (so delicious), the best dinner we had in Hagiang by far, and An was so incredibly helpful and gracious— I left my special scarf there and she went so far to send it on a bus to me in Hanoi. Definitely the place to stay in Hagiang!
