Review: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to the beach, making it super convenient. The room was very clean, and the facilities were complete, ensuring a comfortable experience. What stood out the most was the staff they were incredibly friendly and helpful, even accommodating my early check-in at 5:30 AM without any hassle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and well-serviced hotel!
Positive points: Location and beds. The lady at reception helped us to find the free Vinbus into town.
Negative points: TET - low staff, no clean beach towels, breakfast wait was 1 hr. nThe night of the 30th was very noisy - the staff (?) were having a party downstairs and being on the 2nd floor we couldn’t sleep. nYou can hear everything on the 1st floor when staying on the 2nd floor. nSome bugs in the room. Small and big cockroach’s. nThe ceiling fan was very noisy. nThere was sea lice biting us everyday in the ocean, so we couldn’t comfortably swim in the ocean on any day. This is a Phu Quoc problem - not the hotels, they have a pool but it’s shared with many other hotels. Not private.
Review: Anna Beach Phu Quoc is a charming boutique hotel located just steps from the beach and conveniently connected to the resort row. The shared access to 3 beautiful infinity pools is a great perk, and the complimentary breakfast stands out with its fresh, made-to-order dishes and drinks. The hotel offers excellent value for its prime location. The manager was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with last-minute transportation to the airport at 5 AM.
Positive points: The room was comfortable, clean and there was a kettle and a decent sized fridge. The swimming pools were very nice. 3 different sized pools. Property is close to the beach and the number 19 bus which is a free bus service.
Negative points: The drain in the shower was bad. Water would overflow and out of the shower. I was in the building across from the hotel reception. This is where a tumble dryer is located which was very loud every late afternoon/evening. nThe doors in the building make a very loud noise when they close. It woke me a couple of times during the night when other people staying there came back. nThere was no info on the free bus, I just noticed it myself. The look is very nice, but is also the pool for other hotels. It can be hard to get a bed.

Positive points: Peaceful and extremely close to the beach. Nice pool facilities.
Negative points: It was far from activities.
Review: Best place to stay in Phu Quoc. I am very happy and staff is friendly and can talk very good english. Try to rent bike to go around. Otherwise is little bit hard to get around

Review: No pool but ocean is literally as close as if you drove your car to a beach and you were walking from the parking lot. Nice breakfast, arranged motorbike rental. High end restaurants and bars within walking as well as street food market. New developing area so very quiet. Beautiful sunset at an awesome beach. Clean beach as well.

Review: great boutique hotel.. very nice staff. only stayed one night and wish was longer. 3 minutes walk to very nice beach on the windward side.. room was practically brand new, has coffee shop and breakfast.. area is super quiet since under developed.. will change in next 2 years.. got me a bike to rent very quickly. super nice staff. also saling club 2 minute walk.. very fun at night.. so if you want a more secluded feel, away from the city.. highly recommend. Positive points: Amazing property, walking distance to the Sailing Club. They also organised motorcycles for rent and day trips. All in all, an amazing stay!
Negative points: If I absolutely had to pinpoint something I think could have improved, it would be breakfast. Even though they have quite a variety to choose from, the portion sizes are slightly limited for a room with 2 people.

Positive points: Nothing, the place is a sham!
Negative points: The place is terrible, deserted. Stay away from it.nnOur room was infested with ants, and I received a pretty nasty burn from the shower water (it was around 90 degrees Celsius beware, it's very dangerous!).nnThe breakfast was actually just a very small portion of food, and you can only choose either coffee or juice for free, not both.nnThe pool is not actually the hotel's pool, but a public one for the whole complex of hotels in the area.nnThey wanted to rent me a scooter that was in a dangerous bad condition (including non working brakes).nnThe entire staff does not speak English communicating with them feels like talking to a picture on the wall.nnIt was a very bad experience overall, just stay away if you don't want to ruin your vacation.

Positive points: Create location, the beach was in 3 minutes, sand and water were clean. The sunset is wonderful. The hotel is not big but has very large, clean, light and fresh rooms. The cleaning was very good. The stuff was very friendly, helpful, our stay was exceptionally great. Also worthy to mention Tran Bão Châu, she was so nice with us and accompany us to 3 Islands excursion. We have only positive memories about staying in that wonderful place.
Negative points: Pretty hard to find different restaurants, but food in local restaurant was good. Also had delivery by Grab.
Positive points: Nothing! This place is a SHAM - nothing good about it, at all. They lie, overcharge & there is NOTHING AROUND - it seems like Chernobyl!
Negative points: See above. ALL TERRIBLE!!
