Positive points: The calm, the amazing view, the comfort of the mattress.
Positive points:
We booked 2 rooms and both were lovely and spacious. The host was very friendly and welcoming and communicated through Google translate. She kindly let us check in early and check out late due to our sleeper bus times which we were very grateful for!
A grab was needed to get to various places but this was fairly cheap.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: Very similar to the photo,very clean,great bedding
Negative points: We stay until 14.30 as we had a bus to pick us up for the next trip. The owner charged us for another 100 vnd,even though she was nice and helpful. However, this is first time in my experience in Vietnam a little disappointing as it is just an apartment not the hotel

Positive points: Wow what an amazing apartment. This had possibly the best alround balcony of over a 100 stays. Big, private, and great view with amazing furniture including mushroom chair. Plus there is no mistaking which of the two rooms on offer have this great balcony. The apartment itself slept 4 so the two of us had so much space. Extremely clean and comfortable. The owner did not speak English but was adapt at using translation apps, and super helpful with her helpful daughter on standby to assist. The location was 25 minutes from the lake, which we knew when booking but close to the apartment were shops, bakery, and food places. We ate every night at places within 5 minutes walk away (not westernised restaurants but very tasty and used by locals)
Negative points: There is nothing we could fault. We didn't expect a fridge and we're able to source ice from a shop 2 minutes away to put in our balcony drinks 😀
Review: Thật thoãi mái khi ở đây , cảm giác như có căn nhà thứ 2 tại Đà Lạt, sự tiếp đón nhẹ nhàng từ cô chủ nhà, với sự tiếp đãi tốt nhất có thể, mọi sự hỗ trợ đều nhanh chóng kịp thời. Phòng rộng rãi như hình chụp từ các review trước, có chổ để xe oto gia đình.
