Review: Lovely hosts who go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Nice location near the quieter end of the beach. Large room, soft bed and warm shower!

Positive points: This place was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They greeted us with juice and fruit, helped us order food after our late arrival, booked cars for our big group of 9, refilled amenities right away when necessary, and even sent us on our way with two big bottles of juice and a bag of fruit. They also provide bicycles so we could cycle all over town and into the rice fields. Warm, friendly, and very welcoming.

Review: The room is very spacious, fully equipped, and clean. The hosts are super friendly and lovely. The accommodation is very convenient, just a 5-minute drive from the ancient town of Hoi An, and it's very close to the beach. There are seafood markets and many good restaurants around. My boyfriend unfortunately got sick, and the hosts even provided us with a great address for medical treatment. ❤️❤️❤️

Review: After reading reviews from other guests, we decided to stay at this family resort in Hoi An and we were not disappointed. The villa is beautiful and just a few hundred meters from the sea which can be reached by walking/biking or even being taken by the owner on a motorbike. The room was very clean and fully equipped with a small but clean swimming pool. The owners were super enthusiastic and even bought breakfast for our whole family, helped us buy porridge for our baby to take away, and cooked lunch for us. Our children had so much fun running and jumping around like they were at home. We couldn’t find anything to criticize about this place and we would definitely come back here again if we have the chance.

Review: We stayed 4 days in 2 different Balcony Rooms, straight to the point: (1) Yes, the family is lovely and they try their best. (2) They installed THREE AC compressors next to each other - in the same wall - behind the bed. We slept in the floor the first night to avoid vibration, using earphones to avoid noise. (2) No drinking water at all during our entire stay. The booking advertises coffee, after 3 coffees I needed to pay 20000 every single time. (3) No shower gel or shampoo, the bottles are there but they are empty. We asked for some shower gel after 2 days, and we just got another empty bottle of shampoo from the next room. This happened in our first room as well, so I guess there is no shower gel at all in any room. (4) No hot water in the shower until 8-9 AM. (5) There is a HUGE spotlight from the neighbour facing our balcony, closing the curtain doesn't work, it looks like daylight for 24h. Review: We had such a great stay here, value for money was exceptional. The family that run it were one of the nicest we met in Vietnam. Great freshly prepared breakfast: Hoi An special noodle, fruit plate, juice and Vietnamese coffee (vegetarian options too). Room/bathroom was huge, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and very well maintained. Good newer bicycles with lights to use. Location was good it only about a 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, convenience store and pharmacy.

Positive points: We stayed 3 nights at this gorgeus small villa run by the kindest family. The parents didn’t speak English, but their oldest son helped with translations. The room was large and clean. Everyday we got breakfast made by the mom. Bike was free to use. They were super helpful with everything. The location was perfect, a bit away from the busy streets. Would definitely recommend!!

Review: We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the location, food and accommodation. Hien was very kind and very attentive to our questions and needs. We used the bikes and the pool and enjoyed our stay very much. We also took a snorkeling tour that Hien helped us book.

Positive points: The owners were amazingly friendly, going extra miles to please. Their son was home from University and spoke good English, which was a%plus. They have a breakfast menu for 80.000 vnd that was filling and tasty. The fruit platter was a meal in itself. I recommend the omelette with the Banh Mi. It was outstanding. The noodles with veggies were also very good.
Many places near by. Easy grab ride to city center and old town. Grab to Da Nang best bet at only 250.000 vnd. ($10)Exceeds expectations.
