Review: Old room but spacious… worth the money.. delicious breakfast

Review: The amansari villa is in a great location. It’s close to the beach, shops and pretty much everything else in Sanur. It’s such a great price for a really nice villa. It’s nice and quiet and pretty private too. The pool is lovely and does the job well. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting this area

Review: We have stayed here many times before and love it nand the staff are lovely. However althoughh we booked well in advance when we arrived they didn't have the booking, after some emails, finding it almost impossible to contact Agoda and negotiation with a manager over a staff members phone, we were sorted. Not sure who was at fault there. Lesson learnt I will always double check with my Hotel direct.nAfter that it was great.

Positive points: The hotel is in a good position, the staff is very kind and the rooms are beautiful!!!!

Review: Room was unavailable when we arrived as the air-conditioning was faulty and we were moved to an inferior room. Staff were unable to advise when it would be fixed and needed to contact booking agent Agoda to get an adequate response. During our stay most days were interrupted with drilling, sawing, grinding and tile cutting due to renovations being carried out so quiet time by the pool was not an option most days. Pool was initially not cleaned adequately and staff had to be advised to get this rectified.

Review: It is a decent stay with all the basic amenities attended to if you are typically looking at having a place to stay for a few nights without paying a lot. Location is great as it is right on the street with many hang out places but again being a little in the lane, there is no noise disturbances. The staff is great - really helpful and very welcoming.

Review: We stayed in ground floor room nWas very dark and as soon as you opened the door there was a old damp mouldy smell that over our 4 night stay lingered which made the stay not pleasant nThe bed linen was marked and dirty nThe closet kept coming off of track and would not closenThe room itself was clean and large nBut very dated nThe staff were great nThe top floor rooms may be better nLocation goodn pool nice and generally quietnBreakfast basic /average wouldn’t bothernCould def find better for you $
