Review: Good housekeeping services, Location allows for easy beach access. Cleanliness is good, however, there were moisture and mould smells in one of the rooms which is disappointing. The staff were friendly.
Positive points:

Negative points: Buffet breakfast not much selection

Negative points: It was a disaster at the time of checkout the power was off we had to carry out luggage from the 26th floor by staircase - and the worst thing was that the staff and management was not apologetic about this - due to all this we got late for the airport and the airport transfers organised by the hotel was not cooperating so we had to book taxi, etc - worst experience ever in any hotel guys avoid this hotel useless property
Review: I love the breakfast they include at the top if the building. I can also recommend their room services. The property is next to a casino owned by a Japanese company however, it is never noisy. If you want to meet serenity, here you can get it.

Positive points: Nothing. We were booked in for 5 nights and moved the next day.
Negative points: Booking.com or the property are advertising photos that are when the property is brand new. It is nothing like the photos. If you look at my previous reviews I am very positive, but I can't be for this place. Just be aware, the photos you see on Booking.com are not always what you get. I picked it because it was 5 star, I would give it a 2 star. Smells like peroxide. Over used sealant in the bathroom. Dirt and grime around the air vents. Run down, everywhere you look. There is an unfinished building on one side and landfill on the other side. Across the road are graffiti walls hiding the beach.

We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast options changed everyday, which is a plus.
The room is clean and spacious, come with daily cleaning by the hotel.
There were 3 lifts which may take 5 mins up during rush hour.

Review: Whilst not on the beach it’s not far from the beach, quiet area. Rooms clean and spacious.
Positive points: Big rooms but dated. The bath was the highlight. It was like brand new and it had a big window to look out across the city and beach (30th Floor).
Negative points:
Breakfast sucked for western options and quality. I can't speak for the asian section as I didn't try any.
Big hotel being constructed next door, however we were lucky as no building work was being done for the whole 7 nights we were there. Could be a problem in the future once they start work again.
Location was far from the more popular area which we found on the last day. This area had way more shops , bars and a much better vibe etc. It also had the awesome "Bikini Bottom Express" restaurant.
Review: Good, but old facility..
Positive points: The Altara suites are located in front of the beach at walking distance, two bedrooms with independent bathrooms, the room included washing machine/dryer were a plus ! Easy to get anywhere from there (specially Lady Budda). Definitively we will repeat our stay here again even though there were minor things that didn't like.
Negative points: Although the build has three elevators it seems that sometimes it is not enough for the number of people in the building. We had to queue multiple times to catch it or taking longer than usual to reach our floor (20th). Also, our room has a view to an abandoned construction which goes beyond floor 32, so, ask to get your room with view to the back of the hotel (probably before this construction the view should be super !).
