Review: Room no internet for tv cannot watch tv
Positive points: The big room is good value. You have all what simple basic need for few days there: good location, very close to supermarket, to all the famous food you should try in Vietnam..
Review: When I checked in I was told online that card payment would be Ok, once I got to reception they told me no.nnMy towel had a brown stain on it. Not exactly clean.nnOne afternoon I was trying to do work in my room and the housekeeping kept knocking on my door bugging me saying they need to clean the air conditioner. nnI did not get privacy, and I did not get a clean room. Avoid this place.
Positive points: Quiet, clean and cozy room (I stayed in the room 201) . I slept like a baby there after a horrible episode of insomnia. Friendly staff, that doesn't bother you but helps when it's necessary. Strong Wi-Fi. The location is great, it's right in the middle of HCMC but there's a small park right in front of the hotel, and it's so quiet and beautiful. Thank you for a great service!
Negative points: The room was tiny which I found really cozy and comfy, I love tiny rooms. However, if you are looking for something spacious you better choose other rooms. I wouldn't call it a disadvantage, just a small notice.
Review: Great experience in Saigon I've had by spending 4 days in the 10th district. If possible it'll be better to more equiped facilities.
Positive points: Pictures were nice
Negative points: Pictures were fake!! Be aware! nWhen I told the owner that the room is different from the one on the pictures she became aggressive, and said “if you don’t like it go away!”. Her son who was there and called her by video call was also indifferent, showed disrespect and was basically useless. Because it was non refundable and I did not have any other options, I stayed. I would recommend avoid this place.
Review: Water bottles are not free like usual.nWater heater are way too hot, you can either take a bath with cool or boiled water, but overall very clean and spacious for one traveler, good location

Negative points: Impolite and condescending staff addressing me with attitude just because she saw me going into the elevator. Not sure she wanted to make an impression on me or she thought I was a thief going into their hotel. Been traveling a few countries first time I see something like this. Very weird. nn5:30am, the park right in front of the hotel play music.

Review: Mình đặt 4 ngày 3 đêm và thanh toán lúc nhận phòng nhưng sang ngày thứ 2 bạn lễ tân xin mình chuyển phòng vì phòng mình có khách đặt ở dài hạn 3 tháng. Mình đồng ý nhưng cảm thấy không thoải mái vì bạn bảo 30 phút nữa bạn lên dọn phòng của mình, chưa được 30 phút bạn đã lên gõ cửa hối lúc mình đang tắm. Mọi thứ đều rất ổn, sạch sẽ, thuận tiện nhưng mình chỉ thấy khó chịu vì phải nhượng phòng mình đặt cho khách dài hạn và bị hối dọn dẹp trong 30 phút. Mong các bạn chuyên nghiệp và tôn trọng khách hàng hơn
