Positive points: This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we were extremely satisfied. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

A special shoutout to Alfie he was absolutely the best! His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Review: Very tidy nice comfortable bed very pleasant stay with wonderful staff

Positive points: Room is same as advertised. Get the ocean view and a small balcony that you can open to enjoy the breeze. No building blocking our view. It is walking distance to the beach too and you can get towel from the receptionist to go to the beach. A lot of Korean and vietnamese restaurant nearby. Got a lot Mini mart as well. Got a drinking bar/restaurant right in front of the hotel with live band singing.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Can speak some English so not difficult to communicate. Breakfast is nice as well. Got mixture of vietnamese and western food.

Bed is comfy and soft. All the basic things are provided like toothbrush, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and towels. There is a small fridge as well. Swimming pool view is nice too but too cold to swim this month, very windy and cloudy. Electric socket is same with Malaysia or 2 pin.

Breakfast was top✅, pool was clean, people were super helpful and polite. Noah, Harry, Lisa, Alfie and all others were very nice. They welcomed us with delicious cold tea and helped us with whatever we needed.

Positive points: I like the rooftop bar and pool. Also an excellent breakfast. The staff is really accommodating and helpful. An added bonus is that the hotel is a block off the beach and there is no other hotels blocking the view.

Tv should be updated to smart tv along side with providing a drying rack.

Positive points: Da Nang is one of the best places in Vietnam. This property is 2-3mins walk from the beach and my room was a beach view. Value for money stay for sure but you can also check other hotels in the same vicinity which is beach front if you’re willing to pay 3-4K more per night. Otherwise this hotel is at perfect location with nearby good food joints & beach.

Positive points: It was conveniently located, close to beach, ATM, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy. Tina and Helen were very helpful throughout our whole stay, in fact all the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was super easy to organise our activities for the day as the reception organised our driver for our day tours. Our room had perfect views of the ocean and beach.

Review: Staff members at lobby were very helpful, they helped us with tour booking even the manager of the restaurant Danish & his team was proficient and approachable.

Lots of food nearby, but CBD is a bit of a distance. Overall, spacious & clean room

Positive points: The hotel is in a great central location, just one block from the beach. It had a lovely swimming pool on the roof, with amazing views. A few sun beds up there but some umbrellas would have been useful as it gets really hot up there. There's a bar up there too where we enjoyed cocktails. We had a lovely room, very clean, good space for clothes and lovely shower. Breakfast was good. Staff are exceptional. Alfie the bellman was super friendly and helpful.

Positive points: The reception staff were very pleasant when we arrived. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was very nice and Danish was always very polite and friendly towards us. The food was nice. The view from the pool was great.

Review: The location to Da Nang airport less than 30mins top, walking distance to the beach, 24 hrs convenient stores, Variety of food selection around the area and the best part? The Lo Pizza Bar just across this hotel offers a great vibe with live band that my parents enjoyed.

Though part of me wants to gatekeep this hotel, I would like to express my gratitude for the great experienced we had from reception staffs Steffi, Ivan, Tin and Alfie. Breakfast buffet-in charge Danish, Lisa, Daisy and Chef Quynh.

The hotels success is base on a great team working together, I hope you treat your staffs well as they treat us all not as traveler/tourist but as a family.

I will definitely come back to this place )

Positive points: We had a family room with small balcony and marvellous sea view from 10th. floor. Rooftop pool and bar looked good but poor January weather prevented us from trying these. Room was cleaned daily with change of towels. The staff were great, especially Helen and Steffie on the front desk and the awesome Alfie in the lobby who just couldn’t do enough to help and give local advice.

Review: Very nice view, Clean, tidy and wide room and got buffet breakfast.
