Alam Shanti Ubud

Positive points: Alam Shanti is lovely, serene, and safe. They have made me feel so welcome. It’s a bit of a commute to Ubud downtown, but that’s a good thing.

Positive points: Beautiful—-stunning gardens, generous size room, palatial bathroom with a Koi pond, sizable breakfast with lots of choices, amazing staff a wonderful price for so many amenities. I’m coming back in October and will definitely stay here again.💕

Positive points: The location is walking distance to Ubud center and Monkey forest! The resort is authentic, lush, well maintained, with big rooms and quiet. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is plenty and delicious. Definitely good value for the money!

Positive points: Alum Shanti was serene and quiet, in a beautiful garden, yet within walking distance to the bustle of Ubud centre.

Positive points: Everything! The sunrise, the birds , the trees. I am from California. So the place is extremely healing. Keep your bed covered with curtains, make sure to meet the sunrise in the morning with a cup of tea. Mediate . I cried so hard when I was leaving! Mind blowing place!

Positive points: Amazing rooms and veranda, comfortable bed, beautiful marble bathroom open onto a little garden, all amenities and comforts present! The buildings are set in a beautiful tropical garden with ponds, with fish and frogs among the waterlilies. The pool is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. It's very silent except for the gross singing at night. I totally enjoyed my stay here.

Review: The location is in center Bali UBUD. This is very close to Monkey forest and UBUD Palace. It has great choice of breakfast. The rooms are very big. Altogether an excellent stay

Positive points: Breakfast was excellent and so was afternoon coffee with sweets. Which was free by the way.
There is a shuttle bus which will take you almost anywhere in the city and pick you up again! And it's free!
Ubud is noisy, but from this hotel you cannot hear any of it.
The garden is like a botanical garden with ponds, and they have their own little rice field.
Rooms are an experience in themselves. The design is gorgeous. Never saw anything like this.
Staff is helpful at all times.

Review: Beautiful place - quiet and peaceful. There are ponds everywhere and lots of animals to see. My room was wonderful - spacious, comfy bed, gorgeous outdoor-bathroom. The staff is super friendly without being pretentious or intrusive.

Review: I stayed at a couple of the “Alam” properties on this trip. All three (jiwa and indah are the other two) are really amazing resorts. Very boutique with amazing locations, views and attentive staff. I can’t say enough good things.
