Positive points: The rooms were very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, friendly staff, great amenities available, AC worked well and the overall aesthetic was very cool with great location and a back door entrance close to parking.

Negative points: We picked the property for its outdoor shared space, unfortunately there was an overwhelming rotting smell, there was one sofa that was extremely moldy which caused sinus reactions within minutes of sitting on it and there was no hammock, other cushions or chairs to sit on.

Positive points: The breakfast was very good, but not included in the price and the food at the restaurant for dinner was tasty. The room was quirky and full of character but the shower was a little hard to adjust to the right temperature and hot water took a long time. Close to the beach and a short distance from a 7-11.

Negative points: The road noise when we were on the balcony was quite loud (but inside the room it was OK) and the 'hot tub' on the balcony wasn't really a hot tub at all because it had no hot water availability.

Positive points: An incredible hostel with amazing staff! The owner, Afei, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The first floor is a restaurant/bar/social area, and they offer surf lessons with great instructors

Review: Very easy to walk across the road, 2 minutes to South Bay beach ! Full of happy atmosphere till deep night and they never close the door, always guests having fun socialising on hostel’s front area by the roadside. Very very cheerful place !
