Review: New hotel, compact room with simple furnishings, suitable for basic stay needs. Breakfast is average—just enough to fill you up but with limited options. A plus point is flexible late check-in support, with security assisting, so it’s reassuring if you arrive late.

Positive points: The bed, the shower, the wifi, the staff, the view, the location

Review: The place is much more beautiful than in the photos. Every detail is meticulously done, worth the money, worth spending a vacation here. If I come back to QN, I will book here again. Highly recommend this place everyone 🫶🏻

Review: The facilities are beautiful, elegant, modern, and well-designed. However, there is no staff at the entrance, and no one to greet guests upon arrival.

Positive points: New and very clean property. They were helpful in arranging transfers.

Review: The hotel is centrally located, clean, luxurious, and reasonably priced! The service attitude of the staff and the charming, friendly security guards is great. It has all the necessary amenities, including a quite delicious breakfast. I will return when I have the opportunity to come to QN!

Review: The hotel is okay. I have stayed here a few times before. However, during my stay in March 2026, the staff were very inflexible. They were reluctant to issue an invoice. Very rigid. The attitude was very poor. The explanation for not issuing the invoice was unreasonable.

Positive points: The facility is great and clean. The location is perfect. It is convenient to any places in the city.

Review: Beautiful hotel, relatively new, clean, conveniently located in the center. There’s a cafe downstairs that is really convenient. The security and reception staff are cute, enthusiastic, and very polite. The rooms are cheap and exceptionally nice, very considerate with masks for fire prevention, and there are evacuation plans in the hallway and in the room as well. The mattress is comfortable, with four pillows which is great. The breakfast has many dishes, and the seasoning is quite okay. nnA plus point is the long mirror, which is lovely. A downside is that the security staff should be stationed to assist with luggage when they see guests, but there is no one to help. nWhen I return to QN, I will definitely stay here again.

Positive points: We had a perfect stay at this hotel! The place itself is very nice, with clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money.

Review: The hotel is close to the center, with a good coffee shop right under the hotel lobby. It was a bit difficult to communicate through messages, and my door lock was broken however, I received very good support and it was fixed the next day.
