Positive points: The room is very clean. It has a comfortable bed with nice bedsheets and a comforter. There's a desk and chair in the room, which is nice if you want to use for laptop. Also, a hot water kettle to make tea and instant coffee. The location is great. There are many great restaurants and bars in the area, not to mention West Lake. This guest house is very secure as well. You have a key to the front door, so you can come back to the building as late as you want without any worries about getting into the building.
Negative points: I have no complaints really. The room could be improved with a couple of things. In addition to the bottle of water that is provided, a couple of instant coffee packets and tea bags would be nice to start the stay with a nice beverage. I think 1.5 bottles of water are required for the electric water kettle. Some clothes hangers in the room so guests can hang their shirts and jacket would be nice as well.
