Review: The room is quite spacious and clean, the space is beautiful and lovely. The restroom in the coffee room is broken, it doesn't flush 🥺 The room would be more comfortable with an additional fan. Home, please consider. Overall, everything is fine. I will come back next time.

Review: The first thing that impressed me was the friendliness and enthusiasm of the hosts. They were always willing to help and made guests feel right at home.nnThe rooms here are beautifully designed, with a unique aesthetic, clean, and free of unpleasant odors. Every little detail is meticulously cared for, from the soft bedding to the lovely decorative items.nnThe outdoor space of the homestay is also a huge plus. The lush garden with rustling bamboo, fruitful grapefruit trees, and a dreamy swing creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I had truly relaxing moments sitting on the swing, sipping tea, and admiring the beautiful natural scenery around me.nnI will definitely recommend this homestay to my friends and family. It's an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a memorable vacation.

Positive points: Perfect location with a nice cafe/lunch place right in front of it with great food.rnA gym just 2 minutes walk from there. You can get 4 days free trial in the gym too, it's called Fitness Village.rnAn open kitchen where you can cook.rnBeautiful garden to walk around.rnChill host.

Review: Home chill with full amenities. Quiet space. Beautifully decorated room, with a lovely bedspread. The spacious room with a projector and music is very chill. Perfect for a group of friends or a couple. nIf there's room for improvement, it might just be the slightly strong smell from the bathroom. nNext time, if I get the chance, I will come back to support again.

Positive points: Loved the patio and garden area. Location is close to the relative we were visiting. Host was very responsive and helpful. Plus and minus that share the common space.

Review: Very cheap price, self check in anytime, very nice garden and queit.nBut location is little far from city center, located in the deep alley, not easy to get taxi/Grab car in. nIf you go to the airport from this homestay, especially in the early morning or late, please ask the host to help arrange the car for you so they come on time and to the exact location to pick you up.

Review: The room is very clean and beautiful. The New Year decorations are super cute. The owners are very friendly and pointed out many nearby restaurants for me. It was a bit difficult to find the home at first, but the owner helped me. The bathroom has a slight odor, but everything else is wonderful.

Review: I stayed at 1.hôme for 3 nights and had a great experience. The place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The shared kitchen was very convenient, the bedroom was fully furnished, and the decor was charming. There were many nice photo spots in the home. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and I will definitely return for my next trip to Hanoi. 🥰

Review: The room space as well as the garden outside is very pretty at first, the address seemed winding, but once there, it's alright and close to check-in spots. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The only issue is that the drain in the bathroom has an odor.

Review: The place looks cute and the room looks nice at first sight. The garden also looks like a place you’d want to spend some time in. However, when we were there:nn- there was litter and cigarrette butts around the garden, plus the tiled floor was very dirty (we were hoping our toddler could crawl around safely)n- mosquitoes! I know there are mosquitoes in Vietnam but believe me, out of all the places in Hanoi this was the only place that was infested with them (in December). There’s a little pond in the garden that is probably where they breed.nn- our room looked clean, but we looked under the beds and there was garbage underneathnn- the toilet/shower smelled really bad (sewer smell) and there are mold patches.nnOtherwise, it’s a fun place to be in terms of location if you want to be in one of those (fun!) mazes of streets and alleys in Hanoi, not too far from city attractions.nnI would NOT recommend for families with young children, though.
