12 The Residence Hotel

Review: Mình book giường twins trên Agoda nhưng lúc nhận chỉ được nhận giường King. Thắc mắc với Agoda thì được giải thích là tuỳ vào tình trạng phòng lúc check in. Không hài lòng lắm điểm này. Phòng khá ok, nhà hàng Nhật trong ks rất ngon, giá hợp lí. Xung quanh chỉ có 7eleven và vài tiệm ăn local.

Review: Vị trí: khách sạn nằm ở khu vực yên tĩnh, gần chợ, cửa hàng tiện lợi, sân bay và ga tàu lửa thuận tiện,di chuyển.
Nhân viên thân thiện, giao tiếp được bằng tiếng Anh.
Nội thất đầy đủ tiện nghi và còn khá mới mẻ.
Đặc biệt: bữa ăn sáng free và ngon

Review: The hotel is very near Don Mueang Airport and we can walk to the hotel from there. The staffs are super friendly and supportive. I am surprised that all of the staffs are the same, very friendly and always smile, from the guard, receptionist and the hotel cleaner. If they think you need help, they will offer care and help even though you have not asked them yet. The hotel is very clean.
Free transfer to the airport is a plus mark. If we need to go to Don Mueang again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Review: Khách sạn duy nhất tôi đi ở Thái Lan chuyến đi này mà cần cọc 1000bath. So với giá tiền thì phòng khá ok chỉ có cách âm cực kém, ai đi ngoài hành lang tiếng bước chân và nói gì đều nghe rất rõ. Vị trí tuy nhìn trên map gần sân bay nhưng thực tế đi bộ hết 30 phút

Review: I booked one night in the hotel.
My flight was delayed for 2hrs. On Agoda, there's a line written that the checkin from 2pm to 23:59pm, so i was so worried that whether we can checkin after midnight or not. I contact to the hotel via emails many times, call the hotel after landing in Thailand but there were no replies.
Fortunately, we could still checkin after midnight. The staffs were kind to carry my luggages.
In the room, there were no toothbush, razor, slippers, toothpaste. Because it were so late that i didnt ask the staffs. I wonder that whether we can ask for one.
Near the hotel there are many local food and near 7-eleven
