Đánh giá: A hotel is meant for a comfortable stay. My stay in Eclipse hotel was less than comfortable. A decade old air conditioning unit in Jogja's summer heat was not fun. After asking them to check, they fiddled with the remote (like I did) and asked me to wait for a while to see if it works. I stayed one night and woke up sweating. Then they sent a technician, that did the usual servicing and washing of the unit, topping up the compressant. Did not work. So I requested for a change of room. To my horror, the other room had an even older air conditioning unit. It was gasping air like an old elderly man. I then went to see another room and likewise. Bathrooms and sinks are all heavily clogged. nIf the management does not want to upkeep basic facilities like this, this residence does not deserve to be called a hotel. The level of comfort is comparable to a motel or a backpacker's inn.
