Đánh giá: The room size very big, the bath clean good and the wifi good

Điểm cộng: Location near mall and theres plenty of cafes nearby. Staffs allowed the grab/gojek riders to sent our foods to our villa. nVilla has microwave, water dispenser, AC and fan. nWater pressure for both showers were good.

Đánh giá: Not much to say except there are better options - rather travel 5 minutes down the road

Điểm cộng: The vibe of the place is really really nice! It’s like a little gem where you feel like home away from home, in your own little private bubble so to say. The pool is really nice, same as the breakfast and the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of the staff. All the basic necessary amenities are provided, alongside with pool towels, kitchen ware, ect. nAlso, there’s a place 10 min walk away called Bali Boozy (serves relatively cheap food and drinks, particularly local Arak mixed cocktail in a bottle for 70idr, definitely with the try!)

Đánh giá: This was our 2nd time staying at D'Wina villas at Batu Belig. A young property built in 2018 and a shame the up keep/maintenance has been to standard. Bathroom mirrors due to humidity, moulding ceilings and leaks due to humidity, shower not working well and basin taps. Shower drains blocking, kitchen chairs broken, bin lids broken and kitchen curtain broken. These were all things I mentioned to facilities and staff as we had to change villas after our 2nd day due to a serious shower issue The villas are in need of a paint. Manchester and towels were not presentable, always replaced with stained one's (clean). When you pay top dollar you expect all amenities to be tip top, but this time round I was disappointed, not to be. Will I stay again, that depends if I can get a fairly reduced rate. Shame because location is spectacular - sunset every night.

Điểm cộng: We really enjoyed our stay here, I wish its more than just 2 nights 3 days. Will definitely be back again with them. Honestly this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in Bali.nnRoom were amazing, Staff were great and very accommodating, food were good. nnTraffic around the location but I still give them a 5 stars as its just near to everywhere. Better to walk or ride/go with a bike to go around. As the car might get stuck in traffic.nnThe only suggestion for them is to have a full size mirror in the villa for us to get ready for the night/day out as the mirror they have is only in the toilet. Also, maybe better quality or design for the room slippers. :)

Both Andi and Gusti are always ready with a smile whole day and every day. They are also ready to receive feedback willingly and always have the guests' interests at heart. Thank you for going the extra mile and making my stays ever so more memorable. It was sad that Gusti was assigned to Wina Canggu on the second day I was there. Good thing it's close by to Wina Canggu and so we went to visit him as we miss him already. 😊 rnrnHousekeeping is always done promptly and the place is always ready by the time we return from surf. There's always new bath and pool towels as well as, other amenities replenished. rnrnThank you, Andi, Gusti & the team of new staff, for the quality service and hospitality. I am already looking forward to my next stay (akan datang).

Kind a far from town, but there are delicious Italian restaurant nearbyn3. it is not clean as shown in the pic. - pool with incest // ants // dead lizard near switches // less mosquito // dirt at staircase edges n4. Nothing in the villa - No proper massage // No ironing facility // No bar // no proper lobby // Food 2/10n5. If you want to spend sometime in the villa itself and just place some music n hangout without going anywhere with some booze, Please consider this place.

When I went down at 8.30am, the breakfast was already on the table, cold. This meant that the staff had entered without us knowing with their own master key. This is NOT RIGHT!rn👍🏽Andy and his team, as usual, are always smiling and asking how we are everyday. Congrats to Andy, being promoted to Head Butler and on his newborn healthy baby girl.rn👍🏽Thanks, Gusti for dropping by to visit us twice, even though you are at Wina Villa Canggu. Thanks for helping to collect the advance cash payment for my fourth stay too.rn👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽Worth mentioning would be Christian, a bright young man who had the initiativeto go the nearest mart buy the water dispenser tank refill (in the evening). We had run out of water and informed Christian who was on duty that evening. As Wina Seminyak's store had run out, he immediately called Wina Villa Canggu to deliver some over. However, after an hour of waiting, Christian used his initiative to go to the mart to buy a refill for us first as he did not want to keep us waiting for the replacement to be delivered from Wina Villa Canggu. This is indeed going the extra mile service. Well done, Christian!rnrnGusti, Andy and his team are great, warm and friendly. However, the management should not take that for granted and that guests because of the great team. We did for four times when we could have stayed elsewhere (likewise for other returning guest to Wina Villa Seminyak). Returning guests will one day, run out of patience with inefficient processes especially after feedback have been given.

Đánh giá: Stains on the bed, poor staff welcome and even had to ask for welcome drinks. There were ants all over my bed and all over the interior of the house. The shower head is broken, water pressure is bad, no WiFi and broken bed side lights.

Đánh giá: I love my 1 night stay in 2 bedroom pool villa. It was spacious. Very unique design villa. The pool is on the second floor which make it a very private for us to spend in day and night without anyone looking. The kitchenette is complete with big fridge, induction cooker, cooking pan, set of knifes, lots of drink glasses and they even have water filter machine with cold, warm and hot water eventhough they also provide kettle. Breakfast was brought to our villa and the prepared it nicely on our table. Will definitely come here again for next trip.
