Review: All the necessary stuff is there: cooking pot and pan, cutlery, dishes. Samsung TV and LG aircon. You can easily connect to TV on your phone and watch youtube. Nice view from the rooftop on the sea.
Positive points: New building, good rooms, good location near the beach.
Negative points: I stayed there for two weeks and my room was serviced only twice.
Review: We absolutely loved staying here! The pool is soooo nice and the rooms were really nice and clean. Definitely coming back
Positive points: The room we moved to was good. Comfortable, roomy enough, clean and open, with balcony.
Negative points: Allocated room was at the back with a VERY close up view of the back wall and aircon units of a hotel. We moved to the front at, what I thought was quite a large price increase.I enquired the price for a monthly stay. It was too much as similar apartments are available in the area at much lower prices, easily found by just strolling around and enquiring.
Review: While enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of Da Nang there is no better place to stay than here. The pool offers a beautiful view and is centrally located near a park and the beach. Amenities are modern and the staff are amazing!

Perfect boutique hotel. Housekeeping looks a bit overwhelmed, only one person, but once you give feedback for something to do that was missed, it is done with a positive attitude.
Highly recommended.
Positive points: Bed was incredibly comfy and size of room was decent however the service.....
Negative points: As a veteran traveller who’s stayed at 100s of hotels, I can honestly say I’ve never experienced such a poor stay with unapologetic staff. Being woken up every day at 7am by heavy duty drilling and building work that would go on for 7-10 hours is honestly hand on heart the worse experience I’ve ever encountered. When asking staff is it like this every day initially they told me it was 1 day only and would stop before 7pm which turned out to be a complete fabrication of the truth. Not once did anyone apologise for the construction noise or drilling. To add insult to injury I’m a digital nomad and work completely online having several meetings a day so when I noticed there was a do not disturb button on the door I was very please however despite turning this on EVERY SINGLE DAY without fail I would be rudely interrupted by housekeeping who even entered the room one day while I was showering - Again no apologie. It’s a huge shame about the lack of care and service to guests at this hotel because I loved how comfy the bed was and it has real attention to be a success however with poor management and lack of customer service I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to wake up at 7am daily with the loudest drilling you’ve ever heard for several hours.
Review: Good modern and comfortable hotel .Will stay here again . Close to beach and the employees are extremely friendly. The amenities are all here. The only con is the water drain for the shower is extremely slow, so after a 10 seconds of showering , the water doesn't drain, not sure if it's just the room I had.
Positive points: I found the location good. Near the sea, however it is not for swimming rather for surfing suitable. There are a few small shops nearby. But no karaoke bar to hear! The room is as on the pictures. The hotel is cute.
Negative points: My room had not much view. I found facing another hotel wall and windows to near. The minibar is too small to be able to store enough ingredients in it for cooking. For me the pool on the 8th floor was too windy.
Review: I stayed here for 2 days, the rooms are convenient, the staff are attentive, and the free bike rental is a big plus. The rooms are spacious and stylishly arranged. 4 days later, I stayed at Derive (which was more expensive and the rooms were not as new or nice as Duke) and I felt a bit regretful for not booking at Duke right away.
Positive points: Price-quality was great, new and modern building in a good location, swimming pool, friendly staff, cleaning every 2 days.
Negative points: Cockroach in the room the first night (afterwards no more). Unpleasant chemical smell, not sure if pest poison.

This place was like brand new. Nicest hotel I've stayed at in 7 mths.
Bed was comfy, room clean and quiet, rainfall shower with big tv and ducted aircon.
Pool on rooftop is incredible too.
It was so cosy some days I would get up so late :)
Beach and gym is a few mins walk away.

Review: The hotel is newly beautiful, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the prices are cheap compared to other areas near the beach. The only inconvenience may be that the hotel does not include breakfast services. Overall, it is great.
Positive points: Very cool sky-level pool, and a large, clean and up-to-date apartment.
Negative points: Reception was at times difficult to communicate with. They also had a very clever system of light fixtures that would indicate whether we wanted cleaning or not. These, however, would lose power when we took the key on our way out of the apartment, rendering the system useless.
