Đánh giá: nThe location is quite good—close to Losari Beach and surrounded by several decent restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. For the price, the facilities are adequate.,no fridge in the room, but we can ask frontdesk officer to help keep in thier fridge. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement.nWe requested a non-smoking room and were given one on the 10th floor. We asked for a lower floor, but according to the receptionist, non-smoking rooms are only available from the 9th floor and above. nThe shower faucet handle and the sink faucet handle in our room were broken, making it difficult to turn the water on and off. The hairdryer had to be requested separately and its usage was limited to just one hour.n cleanliness of our room was below expectations. so smell is not that good. The space under the bed was very dusty,. The window glass was also dirty, so even with the curtains open, the view was unclear. Basic toilet amenities such as hand wash were not provided. rubber slippers were given but they appeared to be used.nThere was an aromatherapy device in the corridor, but due to poor cleaning, it couldn’t mask the stale air. An air purifier would have been a better choice than aromatherapy in this case.nn

Đánh giá: Secara keseluruhan saya dan keluarga merasa senang dan nyaman menginap di hotel ini. Lokasinya yang strategis ( dekat dengan bbrp spot wisata dan pusat oleh2, wisata kuliner). Stafnya friendly. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya saja tdk ada fasilitas lemari pendinginnya. But it's ok krn masih bisa dititip di kitchen. nPokoknya dprima hotel yg saya rekom untuk wisatawan atau yg urusan bisnis...

Đánh giá: Breakfast is a wise range! It close to the sea, Rotterdam fort and easy to get grab to any place. Staff are helpful.

Đánh giá: Saya menginap disini dalam urusan bisnis. Jam 1 pagi di kamar sebelah saya tiba tiba ada suara ribut. Begitu saya cek ternyata staff hotel membersihkan kamar di sebelah saya. Tapi kenapa harus jam 1 pagi sementara saya besok bekerja. Terus berlangsung sampai jam 2 pagi walau sudah saya infokan resepsionis. Akhirnya jam 2.30 pagi saya meminta di pindahkan ke lantai lain yg lebih sepi. Kejadian sangat mengganggu kualitas tidur saya
