Đánh giá: We arrived at Diamond Beach Bungalow around 6 PM after a long journey from Ubud to Nusa Penida, only to find that there was no electricity, no staff, and no one available to assist us with check-in. We attempted to contact the property, but they were not even on WhatsApp, making communication even more frustrating. I also sent them an email, yet received no response or apology whatsoever.

To make matters worse, they initially denied our refund request, despite failing to provide us with the necessary self-check-in instructions after 2 PM. The following morning, we returned early before our scheduled tour, hoping to find someone—yet still, no staff was present. Later that evening, at around 6 PM, the situation remained unchanged. How is it even possible for a property to have zero staff available for two days?

The level of disorganization and lack of accountability was completely unacceptable. Do not book this hotel—it is not worth the inconvenience.

Điểm cộng: I really like this place super cosy.. the place have a mountain view. The bungalow was perfect clean, spacious and big, new build and they have table and chair outside where you can eat and enjoy the fresh air and quite place. What I really like as well is that they have small clothes rack outside where you can hang your wash clothes or the wet ones because some lodging don't have like that. If your planning to stay near diamond beach.. definitely I will recommend this.

Đánh giá: This place was nice but the staff and owner really made it. The staff and owner made it such a nicer stay then was expected. Last day we missed out boat (due to our own miscalculation) and the owner and the taxi driver found an alternative to get usnto gili trawangan. Amazing service. Would recommend!

The bungalow was amazing, and the included breakfast was also really good. You can get food and drinks at reception as well.
Located close to Diamond beach and attractions (5 min), it's definitely a beautiful place to stay.
I also had the chance to meet the owner (Agus), very kind guy.
Next time I'll surely stay here again!

Đánh giá: I stayed one night and it was terrible. The bathroom has a small shower and the water pressure was terrible. It was so dirty. I didn't even want to use it. The bed sheets were stained and when I slept in the bed I felt itchy in my body. We decided to order coffee and garlic bread. They served coffee in a very dirty coffee cup with dust and spiders. I'm not exaggerating I will post the photos in Google Maps. Please be careful when you eat something from them. I have skipped their breakfast too. However, I told her about this and she didn't even apologize and charged me for the coffee that I didn't drink. No proper owner to manage the property. The location is nice. They can do much better take care of the property

Điểm cộng: Diamond Beach Bungalow was an exceptional experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive, Rus was very friendly, respectful, and attentive with anything I requested. The location is perfect if you want to go to Diamon Beach and Tree House. Is very quite so if you want to relax and sleep well this is the place. There are many restaurants nearby which are delicious so everything will be within your reach. The room is very comfortable and clean. The view is amazing as well. Fully recommended to stay here.

Đánh giá: My stay at Diamond Beach Bungalow was decent, but the overall experience was average. The location was convenient and offered easy access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness of the property was satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been improved. The staff were friendly, but not particularly exceptional in their sevice. The facilities provided were adequate, but nothing extraordinary. Also, international adapter was not available at the stay, hence I relied on my power bank to charge the electronic devices. On the positive side, the property offered parking facilities, which was a plus. The walkability in the area was also good, allowing me to explore the surroundings easily. The hotel water supply was reliable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there is room for improvement.

Đánh giá: It is a nice cozy property. The owner was very good and friendly. He helped us in getting the food, trek to Diamond beach and dropped us at the harbour as well. Thanks for being such a nice host.

Điểm cộng: Owner and staff are nice.diamond beach is just a few minutes walk away but there were monkey so the owner drove us by motorbike for free.
