Đánh giá: suasana oke, kebersihan oke, staff oke. cuma fasilitas dg harga segitu agak kurang worth
Điểm cộng: I had a fantastic stay at Dialoog Hotel! The service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated Miko, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding assistance. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. The rest of the staff were equally welcoming and professional. I would definitely stay here again!
Điểm trừ: Nothing, all perfect.

Điểm cộng: Very nice scenery and view. We got a free room upgrade. Thanks! We had a nice welcome chat with several staff members. All of them were able to talk English.
Điểm trừ: The breakfast was outside. When the sun is shining it was very hot in the breakfast area. The ceiling fans were not working. The second day the staff turned on a Dyson fan. That was convenient.
Đánh giá: Everything was perfect. Great view of infinity pool, delicious breakfast with local and western taste. Surely will comeback.

Davina at the Restaurant also make sure if everything is okay with food etc. Maria and Faisal , they’re very kind and friendly. Hamid shared knowledge about the hotel and also about Banyuwangi.
