Review: this is a beautiful resort but it’s not a 5 star resort

the gym has one machine in it for example

there is more of a family atmosphere and a lack of seclusion or peace and quiet

lots of noisey children running screaming around
lobby etc

also the beach is pretty much redundant as unswimable

regardless it’s still a nice stay and was clean and friendly

Positive points: Friendly and helpful staff , good foods, everything nice and clean , bedding is so comfortable, beautiful pools, ocean view from the room is perfect. Definitely come back !

We stayed in the the one bedroom suite, great size for a family of three and very clean. The whole property in fact is very well maintained.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Both restaurants serve great food.
We enjoyed our time here, thank you Dhawa Ho Tram.

Positive points: Nice and newly built property, with many good things about it.

1. Kids friendly - have kids activity from 4 pm to 6 pm near pool side, dedicated pool for the kids. have separate play room and also there is movie for the kids.

2. Good and supportive staff.

3. There are unlimited drinks and fruits at reception area where you can have it during check-in and also during your stay.

4. There is dedicated water station on each floor, where you can refill your water bottles, this is really good thing in terms of
sustainability and also i didn't saw this in many resorts in Vietnam.. very good initiative.

Review: I just returned home after a 3-day, 2-night vacation with my daughter at Dhawa Ho Tram, the third time in 6 months. Everything was wonderful, from the shuttle service, the reception team, the staff who helped carry luggage to the room, the kids club employees, the restaurant servers, the bar staff, and the lifeguards around the pool and beach. Everyone was very attentive, warm, and friendly, making it feel like a family gathering.
I always choose Dhawa to return to because the plants are meticulously cared for, and everything is clean. Friendly, approachable, and dedicated service are the words to describe the staff here.
They even offered a welcome cake for returning guests, such a gesture shows how professional and caring they are towards customers.

Positive points: the breakfast is excellent with a variety of local foods to western options. the room is outstanding, beautifully designed and staff service is exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the stay more enjoyable

Review: I would definitely recommend this place. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. It’s also picturesque so you’ll enjoy taking lots of photos.
They have free shuttle from the city to the hotel and vice versa. We enjoyed it so much here.

Positive points: Service ok but need more variable

Review: We stayed for a week and it was wonderful and relaxing. The staff at the resort are extremely friendly and helpful. The resort itself is clean and tidy. Has activities such as pool/beach side archery, beach volleyball and beach soccer.

Positive points: The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The effort put into making sure we were at the right place in Hanoi at the right time to catch the shuttle bus was a standout. Plus the return journey. The life guards around the pool, the reception area staff and the restaurant staff were extremely helpful. These people really care. The pool is amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent with plenty of variety. This would be an excellent place to vacation with kids. They are very well catered for from Archery to motorised pool scooters and a kids club on site. A big red rabbit even greets the incoming bus.

Review: Khách sạn đẹp, hồ bơi sạch rộng. Tuy nhiên biển không sạch lắm! Chỉ có 2 nhà hàng, 1 nhà hàng chuyên gia vị địa trung hải mùi vị không quen lắm!

Positive points: Excellent new property, cosy and comfortable. Excellent hotel staff - friendly, polite and always ready to help. We have been often proactively asked if any help is needed. Hotel team is an excellent asset of this company. We are really appreciate care and support we have been provided with during our stay. Language was a problem sometime, but people tried their best to overcome it.
