Đánh giá: Price to quality is about tight.n3 star with all the essential facilities. nThe hotel it self is a little rough around the edges from a decor perspective but there are signs of ongoing renovation. Food and beverage offerings are good. Gym lack luster and falls short of marketing images.

Đánh giá: Absolute value for money! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. Very clean. We had the whirlpool room with the outside patio. The hotel facilities were great! The pool has sun all day and sea view! Some areas around the pool were under renovation during our stay, but I can only imagine how amazing this will look once it's completed. Breakfast buffet was great! You won't be disappointed. If you don't have it included in your room, it's very affordable and definitely worth adding.nnThe staff deserve a special mention. They were amazing! I wanted to make a small birthday surprise for my wife. Something unexpected. So I called the staff for some help. I asked if it was possible to put a small cake and some bubbles in the room while we were out. They immediately said yes. When I saw what they did... they went above and beyond for this! When we returned to the room we saw they had decorated the bed with rose petals, made a cute towel toy, created a beautiful plate with a piece of cake and with the writing happy birthday in chocolate sauce! Plus the bubbles! I didn't expect it to be so elaborate! Thank you so much for this! It really made her day!nnI 100% recommended this hotel and will definitely come back here on my next visit to Bali.

Đánh giá: Several things.nn1. We got to the hotel early, and we knew check in was at 2pm so we waited. However, a lot of “checking” and the room wasn’t ready until almost 3pm. nn2. The whole place is quite run down, not as modern as the photos they show. The room itself was average - we even opted for the room with the jacuzzi. Didn’t even use it as it was super rusty/mouldy in the jets. Don’t bother with the special room, just get the normal room. The shower needs work, and the sink was clogged full of hair and gunk so the water drained super slow. It wasn’t until our 3rd day staying there did housekeeping clean it. nn3. Our floor was a “quiet floor” as there was a sign saying so but the room next to us were super loud banging on their door in the middle of the night and ringing the door bells of neighbouring rooms (2am and then 5am).nn4. The complimentary message was questionable. The room we were in for the foot massage, was weird. It felt really old. They were also unorganised even though we booked ahead, and when it came to massage time the lady had to yell out for another person to come massage (as we were a couple). nn5. When it came to check out, we were billed for someone else’s laundry. There needs to be a better system as anyone can quote any room number and have it charged to someone else. Signatures were different, so clearly another guest just used any room number to get free laundry.nn6. Breakfast wasn’t great. It was included for us but by the 3rd day, we just went out for breakfast. The selection and quality is average.nn7. Positive - the shuttle buggy was a nice addition. Quick ride to Seminyak Square was convenient. Staff were really nice.nnOverall, won’t be returning. Spend the extra money for a new hotel.

Đánh giá: The front desk staff is not efficient. And are stuck on processes as opposed to listening to what the guests want. The check-in process took longer than expected, especially since we had reservations outside and were running late. nnAs beautiful as a restaurant is, the entertainment was lovely, the staff was lovely, but the food is rated from one to five a 3. Barely any flavor in many dishes.nnThe bar upstairs had a special for Monday nights with entertainment. We came in the middle of the singer, except he was gone for 30 minutes on break in which I already finished one drink. It’s very hot upstairs no air circulating in the restaurant and no fans in the bar outside restaurant area.nnThe ambience upstairs is really bad as they need to fix the flooring and we had to walk on a wooden plank to get to restaurant and a lot of construction to get to the gym.nnWhile the gym had a lot of great machines, it looked like it had not been cleaned or dusted in about a year. I didn’t touch many things as I didn’t wanna get hurt from the old equipment.nnThe worst part is the hotels front desk, customer service, notification system. We were located nOn the main street at night and we were too close for a drive to take us to the hotel down the dark road. And the road to the hotel was too dark for me and my small daughter to walk down for safety purposes. So I called, whatsapped the hotel, and even emailed them and no response until the next day. I definitely do not think this is good for medical purposes or emergency purposes. nnThe good thing is the hotel is quiet. The ambiance is peaceful. The Lobby is welcoming and open. And, the room is beautifully decorated.

Đánh giá: Great staff and convenient free bus to Seminyak Square. Only issue was there was not enough shade around the pool.

Điểm cộng: The rooftop pool atmosphere is exceptional, and the pool itself.nnThe room was very wide and comfortable, but honestly, it needs to be renewed, I mean, the facilities, like the jacuzzi in the balcony, were so bad and not working. They should provide on daily basis spoons and such tools, but they do only when I require. nnThe food there was acceptable with acceptable prices.

Đánh giá: I booked two nights and the room has water leaking problem at air-conditioner area, after called front desk around 12.30am and they said will send a maintenance technician to check but we will until 2am. Even the second day we came back still same issue happened, means they never send any technician to do any checking. Bathroom are quite aged please be alert if you have hygiene concerns.

Đánh giá: Excellent value for money with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hot water in the showers was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious, and transport services were convenient. The only downside was the location of the hotel, it was not conveniently located along the main road. But overall, a great experience!

Điểm cộng: I had a fantastic stay at de Vins Sky during my birthday celebration with two friends. The room was clean and comfortable, and each day after exploring the city, we’d return to find everything tidied up, including the trash taken out. The amenities were also top-notch, and the breakfast selection was consistently impressive. A special shout-out to the group of staff who surprised me with a birthday song and a small cake, which made the celebration even more memorable. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and eager to assist, adding a welcoming touch to our stay.

Đánh giá: 3-star hotel at best. Nothing against the staff — all very lovely. This is more about the hotel itself:nt•tEasily the weakest 4-star hotel breakfast I’ve seen (compared to other ones in Bali). It was so underwhelming that we skipped it after the first day, even though it was included in our booking.nt•tRooftop area is dangerously under construction, with many pits just covered by glass — stepping on them could break the glass and cause serious injury.nt•tSmallest hotel gym I’ve ever seen — fits maybe two people.nt•tRoom and massage facilities smelled of sewage (again, staff and masseuse were nice).nt•tRoom shower head didn’t work.nt•tThe hotel is at the end of a dead-end road, about a 10-minute walk to the main street. Apparently, they offer a free buggy service to and from the street, but not once was the buggy manned, nor were we offered a ride or able to find anyone to ask.
