Positive points: Breakfast was quite basic. Could add more varieties

Review: The hotel is close to good restaurants and the Han River pier, so it is very convenient to explore Da Nang. In addition, the breakfast is delicious although there are few dishes. The only downside is that the first day we stayed, the carpet was dirty and I asked the staff to vacuum it.

Review: This is cheap compared to its price. The rooms are extremely spacious. The carpets and the vibe are a bit old but still a great experience. You get more than what you pay for.

The location is strategic as well. Great service from staff. Will definitely book again here when I go back.

Review: I stayed here for about a week because it is very near to the conference venue. In general, everything is good and sufficient. Staff a bit 'unfriendly' probably due to the language barrier. Breakfast so-so. There is a coffee shop and a vegetarian restaurant nearby hotel. Han Market is within walking distance. The view facing the river is very nice especially at night. Price quite reasonable, so overall I would recommend this hotel.
