Review: I had to stay for a few hours to shower and pack from landing to our next trip. There were cockroaches in the room and my daughter wouldn’t go to the toilet or shower. Rightly so, as there was one running riot in the shower.nWe had 3 people and not enough space to open all luggages. Packing would’ve been better in the lobby of the airport and toilets cleaner.

Review: The hotel is not located within Juanda Airport, so you'll need to take a Grab or Gojek to Terminal 1. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, offering excellent customer service. The hotel room was modest in size, with a small shower area and a separate toilet. Complimentary bottled water was provided. Snacks are available, but at an additional cost. The room did not come with shampoo, although a small tube of toothpaste was included.nnMost eateries nearby close around 9 PM, though some remain open late into the night. Damri shuttle buses are available in the vicinity of the airport. There are many shops on the lower level of the hotel building, within the airport area. Breakfast was just average—not particularly delicious. Room cleanliness was acceptable, though nothing exceptional.

Review: If you catching international flight .. it is not recommended due it far to international terminal and need to pay the transport to the terminal. No complimentary shuttles.nBoring atmosphere just a food shop all the way down the hotel.nRoom too small and even impossible to prayer. No water provide, no glass and kettle. Really surprised with money paid. nBetter stay at hotel outside the airport. nCordia Surabya not same as Cordia Yogja (huge and nice)

Positive points: Great price for an at the airport hotel. It is in the domestic terminal but they had a free shuttle to Terminal 2. Good bed, shower and AC. Small and compact.

Review: We arrived early in the morning (2am) due to delayed flight. Very convenient as the hotel is located at Terminal 1 about 10mins ftom Terminal 2. Check in and check out was easy & quick. Comfortable beds and pillows

Review: We needed a place to take a shower and rest the night after our trip to Ijen. The room is a bit smaller than we expected but more than enough for the purpose of transit. The shower was tiny however which was the only drawback for our scenario. But it being located right in the airport with a welcome drink and various diff options, spa etc was really great. Highly recommend for a stay for a day or 2 max.
