Đánh giá: The room was very bad. Its lack of light and cleanliness. The room was very dim, no central lights in it so it’s only depends on bed lamp and bathroom lights. The pillows were unclean. The bathroom was better than others. Even there was a time when the electricity went down for very long time. The only good from this hotel is the staffs and the location.
Đánh giá: Kamarnya kurang bersih, toiletnya juga suka mampet flush-nya tapi untuk harga segini termasuk lumayan sih. Lokasinya juga enak banyak cafe di sekitarnya jadi kalo mager ke mana-mana bisa nongkrong di cafe deket penginapan ini

Điểm trừ: This hotel reject my booking, simply because i didn't check in earlier. I have informed this property in the chat box that i will come around 7 PM-8PM. I arrived there on time but they didn't have room for me. They said that they prioritized guest who come first & pay it in advance. Then how come my reservation confimed by BOOKING.COM and not confirmed by this property????nnThe phone number that mentioned in the detail is wrong, they didn't update it. I try to contact property (OYO) by chat but no respond. I also contact BOOKING.COM but no INDONESIAN STAFF that night.nnThe staff of ASTERIA, his name IDRIS ISMAIL said that hotel can't provide me the room coz i haven't paid then why BOOKING.COM confirmed my booking and said that i can pay at the property when i check in??? I was furious that night to him, he yell back at me. You can simply reject my booking if i didn't showed up timely based on my check in confirmaion time. I arrived on time then why you give my room to others???? NOT MAKE SENSE. I just want my room, i didn't wanna hear you give my room to other. Is this how you treat your guest???? You dump your guest just like that????nnBOOKING.COM, why you give option PAY AT THE PROPERTY without any guarantee that guest will get the room?????????nnI call the hotel manager 3x, no answered. I was mad that night. No one can be contacted. I left the property in anger. I don't want to recommend this property to anyone. They don't respect my booking then how come they can respect their guest?????nnThis case makes me think twice to book hotel room with BOOKING.COM

Đánh giá: Hotel ini punya lokasi yang strategis banget—dekat dengan banyak tempat makan, jadi gampang cari kuliner tanpa perlu jalan jauh. Parkiran juga aman dan cukup luas, bikin tenang bawa kendaraan sendiri.nnAC di kamar memang terlihat agak jadul, tapi masih berfungsi dengan baik dan cukup dingin untuk istirahat dengan nyaman. Secara keseluruhan, penginapan ini cocok buat yang cari tempat singgah nyaman dan terjangkau di Bandung.

Đánh giá: Harga terjangkau, lokasi strategist, staf ramah, AC ok, air ok tapi kebersihan kamar masih kurang. Overall ok good deal untuk singgah jangka pendek
