I have been to Bangkok many times & have stayed in many 5-star hotels ( about 20-30 hotels), but I find Chatrium gives me the best experience in every aspect & is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Bangkok. All are perfect.
I will come back & Stay at Chatrium if I go to Bangkok. The best choice hotel at Bangkok !
Staff is amazing, from the lobby or at the Club lounge & breakfast restaurant…. All are excellent. Location near all shopping mall Siam paragon, Platinum Fashion mall, central world, mbk…. 5-10 minute by a walk.
Hotel have buggy take you to Siam Paragon.
Club Lounge is very good with breakfast, afternoon tea & colktail at evening. Executive suite room very large with living room.
Hotel help me early check in & late check out because I have late fly & The reception let my family use the Lounge for waiting late fly at my check out date. Very very kind .

Review: Hotel looks new. Room is new and beautiful. Breakfast has a good spread. Location is central and near many major shopping centres like big c, pratunam market, platinum mall. Free Transport to siam paragon.

Positive points: Ks mới đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện. Vị trí rất tiện, có xe tuk tuk chở ra Siam Paragon, gần Platinum. Gần cổng ks còn có nhánh sông, cảnh rất đẹp
