Đánh giá: The room was nowhere near to 300 sq ft. There's no table/rack to store your luggage. Better to take other rooms than the suite. The room was not clean so much. Washroom door was broken. Besin was so little

Điểm cộng: Place is very quite, on the sea shore, watching all those thing was amazing. Plus staff and cleanliness was super good.

Đánh giá: We stayed here for one night although the property is located at a nice place not maintained well. Firstly they do not have a kitchen so you have to go out for some other hotel for food and the breakfast they served was average with very minimum options.
And we booked a family room which was good in size but the staff told they do not have hot water available in that room and as we have small kid suggested to different room which was a double bedded room with very less space and no lock to washroom and all. More importantly washroom dint had a proper water connections and they came and started to repair and all. And the worst part was that they had some part of roof open just above the bath tub and when I asked why is that so they told it was for ventilation purpose which was scary thinking washroom dint had lock.
This is a nice looking property but not maintained well.

The guesthouse was nice.
Staff were kind & helpful.
Beds were comfy.
The price is reasonable.
The location is beachfront with a well-kept garden & pool.
Within walking distance from several eateries & mini marts.
Scooter rental available on site.
They also conveniently offer boat transfer from Sanur, Bali & taxi to guesthouse from Penida Harbor, which made our life easier.
We enjoyed our stay & appreciated the family for all their help & guidance.

Đánh giá: Clean place and very friendly staff. Food is ok, the place is quiet and it's easy to borrow a motorbike to go around

Đánh giá: Our experience at this property was highly disappointing. The photos online are completely misleading, as the reality is far from what’s advertised. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and in dire need of repairs—many fixtures were broken or barely functional. The overall atmosphere felt neglected and uninviting.

Thankfully, we only stayed for one night, as it would have been unbearable for a longer stay. While the breakfast was passable, it did little to redeem the experience. This property needs major improvements before it can be considered a viable option for travelers.

I would strongly advise against staying here unless significant renovations and improvements are made.

Đánh giá: I feel the mention of a three start property for this place is quite misleading. Washroom has a constant smell due to dampness as water never really dries due to those pebbles and all.
