Review:
Terrible hotel, Terrible location!
First of all there were spiders, lizard, and some other insects in my room. No kettle in the room, no drinking water, no soap..
They close the hotel's door at nights and every couple of minutes someone rings the bell and makes you awake. They promised me to turn off the bell but they didn't. Also the location is awful. It's near to a polluted river which is very smelly and it's alsothe hotel is kind of near to the airport and every few minutes you hear the loud noise of airplanes which are landing at the airport..
Positive points: The staff is very friendly.
Negative points: There's construction happening - sometimes at midnight - right outside the hotel by the river side. There are nights where it's impossible to sleep because of that. I wound up going to 24 hr cafes at times just to get away from the construction noise.

So tempted to give it a 10 because its such a good value for the money and the room was huge.
At first we were worried that the location was gonna be a problem but once we rented a motorbike (at 13535), all the big attractions of the city were about a 30 minute drive away which I actually enjoyed.
But the upside to the location is that it's quite chill and muuuuuuch cheaper than anything downtown (good coffee just around the corner for 15k)

Positive points: The location is good because there's a lot to do, eat, drink, and relax. Also, you're on a river with a nice view too. I will definitely come back.
Negative points: The only issue I has was the bed was very hard and difficult on my back area. Other than that, it was good.
Review: The hitel is cheap and affordable. hotel should be rated as 3 stars or below. The bed is old with the most basic amenities. The whole road is destroyed due to river construction infront.. looking forward what it will look like after the river upgrading.
Review: The room is clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. I will come back next time.

Positive points: Thoáng mát, rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình.
Negative points: Không có máy sáy tóc, ở gần sông nên có ít muỗi.
Review: The room is clean but right next to the shore, so there are a lot of mosquitoes. The amenities are convenient. The receptionist is enthusiastic.

- mình đang ngủ nửa đêm đến 12 giờ nghe tiếng tàu giật máy chạy cạch cạch thì thức giấc
- mức giá 1 chai nước suối đắt hơn gấp 3 lần so với giá ngoài siêu thị tiện lợi
- nhân viên phục vụ không giới thiệu phòng mà chỉ giao chìa khóa và để khách tự tìm phòng vào
- trong phòng có gián chết không được dọn
- mình tìm mãi không thấy nút tắt đèn ngủ
- máy lạnh cũ
Tóm lại mình chưa bao giờ ở 1 phòng khiến mình cảm thấy không thoải mái như vậy

Negative points: Phòng không có sẵn máy sấy tóc trong phòng. Phải xuống lễ tân để mượn, nhưng cũng không có để dùng vì phòng khác đã mượn. Gần sân bay nên khá ồn

Negative points: Trần nhà thấp tầm 1m80 thôi. Ai cao thì nên lưu ý.
