Đánh giá: Decent stay. Lot of insects and animals as its in jungle we found scorpion and big spider for example. Other than that it was pleasant and breakfast is good and staff is good too

AC was not cooling properly even at 16 degrees, Toilet seat broken, cobwebs, unclean towels and also some weird smell.
Need these improvement.

Đánh giá: This resort will just blow your mind away. Although location is not near the beach but in mountains but we wanted seclusion so it worked best for us. And it was exceptionally beautiful with very warm staff

Điểm trừ: The room itself is clean but you might find cockroaches on your beds, or while you’re sleeping. gecko poops on your sheets sometimes because they live on the roof of your room.
Đánh giá: The place is far from the main road. The room was smelling with poor ventilation. It was disgusting that found the hairs in the cabinet drawer .
But the kitchen staff were very nice and patient with guests.

Điểm trừ: For an enclosed room there’s a lot of bugs. We woke up to one bed full of bugs. The netting they cover the bed with was full of bugs when we first checked into the room, not sure if it was cleaned before we got there or there’s just that many bugs. We stayed at a hotel that was completely opened and we didn’t encounter half the amount of bugs there that we encountered at BB. Lots of ants and gnats. We didn’t want to sleep on the bed because of it. And bugs were falling down from the netting cover.
Đánh giá: My bungalow bathroom no hot water at night. Algae coming out from shower head. Could not use the bathtub at all due to algae bursting out from shower head. Halfway through shower no water because shower head stuck with algae from the water pipe.

Điểm trừ: Lots of Roosters in the area (not on property). You will get an early morning wake up. We are early risers so didn’t bother us!

What an amazing experience!
We chose this resort to start our honeymoon in Indonesia and, let me say it, it was a great decision.
Everything was perfect: we felt like we were in the heart of the forest but with the comfort of a great resort.
Incredible swimming pool and delicious food.
A big thank you goes to the staff, always kind and helpful, and to our favourite driver, Wayan who took such good care of us: you make this place even better ❤️
Điểm trừ: If anything can be improved it's to remove the food from the pool area and outside rooms quicker since it attracts nice and not so nice animals.
Đánh giá: I fell down un the bathroom due to the minor but substantial 2 in difference in the floo level that transitions to the tub/shower area. The room was 3 levels down no elevator. My mother, who had a bad hip could never stay there.
