The glass door to the balcony rattled from the wind blowing against it keeping us from sleeping. I reserved a superior luxury room. I asked the attendant to let me see the room before deciding whether to stay. Instead moving on to find some other place in the rain. I said I accept the room, then the attendant raised the room rate by doubling the price from what I agreed with Agoda. She said what I booked for is not room she showed me.
