Đánh giá: Overall, this hotel is good, but there are a few things that need to be fixed, such as the spray in the toilet and the shower head are no longer functioning properly (there is a lot of scale) because many of the holes are blocked. then the water hole in the shower floor is also blocked. I have to open the hole so the water can come out. and the bathroom floor is already caked with dirt

Điểm cộng: Great little resort, we went diving with them as well and had a fantastic time. Pool area is lovely and beach front too. Breakfast was a good selection and really yummy. The restaurant food was also fantastic. It’s a quiet area which is nice for peace and quiet. Rooms are large, shower heads maybe need checking as they spray in randomnDirections and our friends only seemed to come out in 3 streams of water, but that didn’t bother us.

Điểm cộng: Excellent resort, outstanding service, and friendly staff. The location was beautiful, with many easily accessible dive sites minutes from the resort. The food at the restaurant was consistently tasty with a nice mix of Balinese and Western food, but don't expect gourmet. The spa was also excellent and affordable, with a variety of services that were easily scheduled. We appreciated our dive master Yad, who was hard working, knowledgeable, and patient with our group.nnI highly recommend this resort for a memorable diving and spa experience.

Điểm cộng: It is a lovely hotel situated right by the black sand beach. It has a very nice garden and pool and the restaurant is right next to the pool and beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet so it's relaxed. Breakfast was very good with fruit and then a choice of sweet or savoury options and nice, strong Bali coffee. There is quite a full menu for lunch and dinner too with fresh salads and fish. The staff are all very friendly.rnMy husband did a lot of diving and can highly recommend the dive center. The staff are all very professional and helpful. He had the same dive guide for most dives and he felt he could take as long as he liked photographing whatever he wanted. For Macro diving: nudibranches, shrimp etc it is excellent in that area. rnI walked along the beach most days, which is pleasant at low tide but a little tricky at high tide as there is not beach left! I also went walking/running up a small road behind the hotel and found a little trail which offers a great view of Mount Agung. It was easy to get a car to take us to Ahmed if we wanted a different restaurant or to do a half-day or day tour to Mount Batur or one of the nearby temples.

Thanks to my dive instructor Mikkaa for the good refresher course and my guide Cendara for help with my dives and spotting critters. Thanks Nicole for making the arrangements so smooth and easy. Glad to have chosen to stay at Bali Dive!

Điểm cộng: The food here is a bit Western, especially for us Asians. It's lacking spiciness and deep flavors, but it's still tasty. The pool is large and comfortable, especially the small pool outside the Japan villa accommodation. In the afternoon, around noon, the pool is shaded from direct sunlight, so it stays cool. However, with such a beautiful sea, as a scuba diver, I'd rather jump into the ocean to get wet. The breakfast offers a few options, mostly Western-style and delicious, but after staying for many days, it gets a bit repetitive. I do miss Asian-style breakfasts.

Đánh giá: Check-in and out took only minutes. We arrived at 11pm, so the resort was very quiet. The staff helped carry our bags to our spacious sea-facing bungalow and did ask us if we wanted dinner, but we declined and just wanted to unpack and rest. It would've been great to get a proper orientation of the property and dive center either that night or the next morning. Not a big place, we figured everything out on our own. Food is affordable and delicious! Never a bad meal. We particular loved the stir-fried kangkung. Their western dishes were also good, especially the burger--so big and juicy! Our bungalow was perfect: comfy king bed ceiling fan which we used several nights instead of the AC, sofa, coffee table, safe, LCD TV (a bit small when viewing from the bed), toiletries, mini fridge stocked with sodas and beer (you can save a little by buying from the shop across the street), slippers, robe, vanity mirror, hair dryer, and plenty of storage and counter space. The ants were inevitable, but they mainly stayed outside. And speaking of outside, the landscape of the place is very, very nice, rivaling some of the high-end resorts you find in more touristy (expensive) places. Pool is beautiful, surrounded by coconut trees. Dive center is small but organized, plenty of friendly staff. They drive you to all shore dive sites which are never more than 5 mins away. We were unlucky as a large typhoon in Taiwan caused massive waves along the Bali coast, so our shore dive entries and exist were quite dangerous, but everyone was always there to assist you and to make sure you make it in and out safely. Pauline, the GM of the resort is EXTREMELY helpful. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and was GENUINE. She answered all my questions and made sure every detail and concern was addressed prior to our arrival. We also met with this other lady (I'm not sure who's who, because I forgot to get their names), and she was also very nice and helpful.

Đánh giá: The hotel looks to be rather new with clean and modern rooms and a sea facing swimming pool. The beach in front of the hotel is filled with debris and it seem no effort is being put in to have it cleaned up. The restaurant served average food and we found it odd that the wait staff requested for us to pay cash only, there is no credit card facility in the restaurant. All in all we feel service is generally lacking in this hotel and this stay is not worth the amount we paid for.

The property is well maintained and clean and I think our room is the best because it facing the sea and it has a big mango tree in front of the terrace that gives lots of shades.rnAnd we did some massages... excellent.. !!!!!!
