Đánh giá: The villa was clean, staffs are friendly especially Uni who is managing the Villa was very efficient and helpful. The villa is spacious enough to accommodate more than 5 ppl, they will clean the pool every morning and scrumptious list of breakfast of your choosing served in your villa. Definitely with the stay !!

Điểm cộng: Everything! I’d come back to Lombok just for the villa! Hosts are amazing. It’s in a quiet part of town. Perfect for a relaxing getaway and still close to everything in Senggigi. We stayed in Villa 3 (3 couples) and it was the perfect size.

Đánh giá: I would recommend BMV because it felt like home away from home. Pool size, Villa size was good for me and my children. The service was exceptional. nHowever, be patient with the water pressure. nWhat we weren't use to though was the staff coming into the villa to clean or set bteakfast up when we were still sleeping. nUnfortunately a theft incident occurred and I o ly realise this upon my return to Singapore. nI contacted BMV, they said never happen before, sorry it happen amd that's that. nnAside from the issues, I'd still recommend BMV, just keep your valuables locked st all times! Access to food, by foot possible with a 15 minute out to the main road. Kids and I had a personal driver for the 6 days we were staying there.

Điểm cộng: the staff (both Uni and Security guys) were very helpful and accommodating. Uni, the villa manager helped us make changes to our ferry tickets and security helped us change a big bill to pay our taxi driver. After coming back from a long rainy day of excursions, we noticed the staff brought in our shoes that we were drying outside, so it won’t get wet. Really appreciate their attention to small details. breakfast had delicious healthy options. highly recommend and would stay here again.

The swimming pool has good dimensions and is very well maintained by the staff. Amazing Homemade Breakfast offers several options. Uni and all the team are very friendly, helpful.

Đánh giá: Stayed a night at Bale Mandala Villas as a treat after scaling Mt Rinjani. Rooms are clean and the villa is relatively spacious. Best part about the villa is definitely the private pool. Staff was responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. In fact, we didn't even have to step outside the villa for dinner (delivered from the nearby restaurant) or activities (private pool and lounge chairs were good enough). Unfortunately, WiFi was down most of the time that we were there, although some may take this as a boon if getting away from the digital world is what you seek.

Đánh giá: Ira and her team were extremely hospitable and accommodated to our needs during the stay. We liked that she provided us with a local mobile phone to make local calls. nnThe two bedrooms and outdoor bathrooms were large and airy. Each room was equipped with a 2x2m super king sized bed which was firm and comfortable. The private pool was about 12x4m and provided respite from the heat. nLocation wise, you will need to cab in from the central area of Senggigi as the road in is not in good condition and not of walking distance. You can search for Bale Mandala Villas in google maps and the location is fairly accurate. It might seem a bit far off from the central area but do bear in mind that a taxi to the central (Square Restaurant) is only 15,000 rupiah and takes 10mins. If you do call for a cab (which you have to when leaving the villa), the min payment is 20,000 though - still reasonable. You wait less than 5mins for the cab to show up at your door. Taxi to Bangsal harbor for the ferries to the Gili islands takes about 30mins and costs 100,000 rupiah. Cab ride back to the airport took slightly over an hour (no jam) and cost 210k by meter. nnIncluded in the rate was one way airport transfer to the villa and daily breakfast - choose from 5 choices (we liked the French toast, pancakes and Nasi goreng) together with a fruit platter and a selection of cold pressed juices.nnAreas to improve would probably stronger aircon required in the living room. You would have to turn it on for at least 1-2hrs before feeling cooler. Luckily the ceiling fans helped cool the room down. Wifi was not fast enough and occasionally got disconnected. However if you got a prepaid SIM with data, there's no connectivity issues. We noticed some ants in the bathroom but then again probably because it's an outdoor bathroom so just try to swat them away. nnOverall, we found the stay comfortable and good value for money and wouldn't mind coming back again or recommending friends to stay.n

Đánh giá: We stayed in a villa and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The minimalist yet modern design was a nice touch, making each of us feel comfortable and amazed at every corner of this tastefully-designed villa. A main feature about it was the privacy as it is located approximately 5-minutes drive away from the main street of Sengigi. The semi-outdoor bathroom was really impressive that made each us stayed a tad longer in a shower. The villa manager, Sukhama was really helpful and knowledgable in giving us suggestions for places to visit - such as eateries, souvenir shopping which also included arranging a boat trip to the Gili islands. The villa also came with complimentary snacks, tropical fruits and some soft drinks. Upon arrival, we were also provided with a portable WIFI device and a local mobile handphone, just in case we needed a pick up. The place also had a well-equipped kitchen if we decided to cook. We can also make a call to have food delivered to our doorstep. The spacious living area is really nice to relax and enjoy cable TV or watch a DVD of your choice. There’s a private pool to relax in breakfast in the morning. There are also other staff (2 cleaners, 1 gardener/pool boy, 1 driver and 1 security) with unmatched attention to detail ensuring that every arrangement was made for our convenience. The place is about an hour's drive away from the airport. This was the perfect getaway after our hike up Mount Rinjani. The only thing that could've been better was probably the TV which was a bit blur at times which was maybe due to the reception. There's also no consistent warm water in the mornings but apart from that, we had a great time!

Đánh giá: Comfortable stay with your very own mobile and wifi provided by the villa. Customer service is good. The pool is big (not a plunge pool)suitable for kids and adults and wonderful. However the villa does need a few tweaking here and there. There's no regular hot water for showers especially in the mornings. There is also an absent of a bathtub. Room service for lunch and dinner is not available if you feel like dining in. Electricity turns off for a few seconds in the evenings which is a regular thing in Lombok. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.rnrn
