The bamboo room is great with jungle views from the front door nnThe staff are courteous and down to earth people who love to come out of their way to help.nnLoved the raw mango, fresh cashew fruit with chilli and freshly plucked (self-pluck) great tasting jamun.nnSmall pool overseeing the jungle is an added feature.nnBikes are available to hire at reasonable cost (much lower than the outside renters) and they will also provide their family owned taxi with driver.nnFood is basic but decent, a couple of eateries available around as well.nnNeed multinational power adaptor in the rooms for the guests, which was missing.nnHad a great experience overall, would love to visit again

Điểm cộng: The bed was very comfortable. The airconditioning was powerful. Swimming pool was clean. Staff is very friendly! nWe had to leave very early for diving and they made breakfast possible at 6:30. Excellent!

Điểm cộng: We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location itself is very peaceful and beautiful. Ketut and his staff are amazing and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Nusa Penida!

It says that it includes breakfast in your hotel booking package, but forgets to mention that the breakfast has a pretty ordinary menu with very limited options and is not an unlimited breakfast. Also the staff did not seem to be quite willing to provide best experience.

Điểm cộng: Amazing!! The staff was great, always trying to give us the best time! Beautiful hotel and garden! We loved the greenery and location! In the middle of the western part of Nusa Penida! Would love to stay here again! Pancakes and eggs were great!! And the girls at the restaurant lovely:)nThe bungalows are super cute as well!

Đánh giá: Beautiful space, lots of trees and wildlife. Pool overlooks tropical foliage. Location is a bit remote, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to main area on west coast. But, the reclusion from the tourist center was super refreshing. nnStaff was AMAZING! They were very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. They organize tours too and the prices are even cheaper than the tour spots you’ll find on Google or on main strip. The staff made this place feel like home, I recommend staying here based on them alone. nnThere is also a restaurant on site, food is affordable and flavorful!

Đánh giá: Good room, pool, aircon, hot water, and friendly owners/staff! Only one problem is poor wifi, but maybe its penida problems in general. Location is far from noise, convenient to ride to everything. Food simple and tasty for good price.

Đánh giá: It was a fantastic stay. The location is perfect with a stunning view. So green everywhere. The bungalows are new and the bathroom modern and very clean. We had the pool view bungalow and could see the ocean and Mount Agung in Bali. The food is so delicious . Most of the time we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there cause of the good quality and taste. All staffs very helpful and so friendly. Motorbike rental and harbour pickup so easy. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back there. Suksuma

We were staying on nusa lembongan and booked at bagia bungalos a few days before. We contacted their whatsapp number and asked about transfer from nusa lembongan to nusa penida and they arranged transfer from our place on lembongan to ferry, our ferry cost, as well as transfer to bagia bungalos. An unfortunate situation arose and I got bit by a dog while waiting for the ferry. I contacted them again and they instructed me on how to care for the bit and arranged their driver to escort us there once we arrived on nusa penida. The driver waited 3hrs for me while I was at the hospital then drove us to bagia bungalos to be greated by amazing and caring staff. The staff arranged our scooter rental as well as helped us plan out our trip for the next 2 days. They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay there was nothing but amazing. Everything was easy and the stay itself was amazing. The rooms were the cleanest we have stayed in and the ac was the coldest we have had. Room service everyday was provided with 2 bottles of water and free water refill at main desk throughout the day. Food menu was great and the food we got was good portions and delicious. The breakfast included had smoothie bowl option which was the best smoothie bowl I've had super delicious. Anything you need they are quick to respond and help you figure it out couldn't recommend them enough.

Đánh giá: This is a very nice place to stay in Nusa Penida. This newly build Banglow is very beautiful with its colorful and traditional houses. Swimming was clean. Room was well decorated and clean. Moreover, staffs are very cordial and helpful.

Đánh giá: Central location, it's great place to explore the whole island, but overpriced. There is a pool, but everything around is still in building so you can swim and sunbathe but with workers nearby. Good food in the restaurant, breakfast very basic like always in a guesthouse. They offer free pick up from the harbour but then their price for the motorbike rental is 100 000 IDR (in every other place I asked it was about 70 000 IDR so better rent a bike at the harbour),
