Awesome CBD Apartment - Rivergate

Review: 1. Staff is very good, supports midnight check-in. n2. Location is good, within 3 km from most tourist attractions of HCMC. n3. The facilities inside the room is outdated (although public areas are OK), which is totally different from those advertising photos. n4. Poor noise insulation, I can clearly hear everyone walking on the passage. n5. Very hard mattress, lying in the bed feels just like lying on floor with carpet.

Review: The apartment is in a good location but the rooms was dated and the beds were very uncomfortable. Not what I expected.I would probably not stay there again

Review: I must say the homestay makes me feel at home. The atmosphere and the hospitality I received were amazing. It would be suitable for you if you're looking for a place to stay during your vacation or if you wish to have some moments to sit back and think about how your life is going.

Review: Monolocale con cucina, frigo, microonde, stoviglie e lavatrice (con detersivo). È un grande palazzo residenziale. La zona non è centrale anche se in mezz'ora a piedi si arriva quasi al Palazzo della Riunificazione (praticamente in centro)

Review: Shower are should have a shelves to place all the shampoo and other , so when you are doing shower, don't need halfway to go out take . And the floor tiles abit hollow ,not sure when it came out . Don't have extra garage bag and toilet paper . Toilet basin below drainage got choke and staff did not respond anything about that . And the air con is under power too . And this unit is facing west , so when sunset the room are very hot and aircon under power also . So I won't recommend this unit .

Review: The price isn't cheap for what you get. It looks like a modern apartment from the pictures and outside however, once inside it appears that the units were built with short term stay visitors in mind. Because of that, the build quality is bad and the layout isn't been thought of. You can find other better value units for the price range.

Review: The staff were generally unwilling to assist with any enquiry we had. The apartment was small and cramped. There was no service for the apartment. The location was very noisy and beside a main road, which is not explained on the website. The pool facilities were substandard and closed for a full day. We would not recommend staying at this venue.
