Điểm cộng: The property is exquisite. It is located in the middle of the forest in Ubud, offering a quiet peaceful environment. The rooms are very clean, beautiful and decorated simply with Balinese art pieces. It offers a gym, sauna and swimming pool, and a very good spa with amazing combo packages for massage, facial and bath. The staff are exceptionally friendly and will do their absolute best to support and offer what is needed. This weekend felt like a weekend at home, thank you Awan Biru!
Điểm trừ: The rooms don’t have phones, which could be a bit inconvenient at times, however as the property is small, it is easy to pop by the lobby. Anything from food/spa/sauna can be booked in advance and they would make it happen.

We stayed in the grand deluxe villa with a jungle view. The view from our room was a real stunner. It is definitely one of those views that we won't forget. We woke up to the sun rising next to Mt. Agung with the lush rainforest view under it. You can't get better view than that.
Breakfast was awesome, especially the freshly pressed local orange juice. A must try!
Staffs were really amazing, sweet and helpful. Best service! Props to Mr. Wayan Diana for organising everything as per our request. The whole complex has like six villas so it is not so much going on, which I love. We rented a scooter from the property and rode to a volcano nearby, so location is also great for those who do not like to stay home the whole day.
I can't recommend this place enough. And I can't wait to come back.
Điểm trừ: Almost nothing. Awan Biru is an amazing place. Choice of meals for dinner can be broadened in my opinion. And the gym can also be improved.
Điểm cộng: The food was great and the room was very nice and big.
Điểm trừ: Facilities had issues with being overgrown in parts and maintenance was not up to date. Looked like a new purchase/ reopening of an older villa. Need some cosmetics done like fixing the shims in the shower with caulk and painting some of the walls that are peeling. Need to chlorinated the pool as it was a green color and trim the plants around the walk ways. Some of the wood stairs felt shaky and soft may need to replace some of those. Also maybe open a more formal dining area it felt like the dining was an after thought and it took a whole for service. Would be better to break up service with drink first, then appetizer and then food instead of serving all at once.
Điểm cộng: The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure everything you need is done how you want it. The food and especially the breakfast, was a highlight. The view was always magical during the day you could see the volcano in the morning, and the clouds would sometimes be at the same level at the villas.
Điểm trừ: Being someone who doesn't feel comfortable around insects and other creatures, it was difficult for me to sleep comfortably and enjoy the outdoors. But that is to be expected from such a location and everything else compensated for it.

Đánh giá: We had a great stay, staff and the rooms themselves are excellent. Rooms have lovely views over the jungle... perfect for a quiet getaway if that's what you're looking for!
Đánh giá: The manager and staffs should be on a text book for hospitality business. Simply, they are perfect. It is my second visit to Awan Biru Villas. Definitely, I will come back.

Tôi rất bất ngờ khi phát hiện ra bất động sản xinh đẹp này trong một đặt phòng phút cuối.
Căn phòng cực kỳ thoải mái với tầm nhìn khiến tôi không thể thở nổi. Thức ăn thật tuyệt vời. Có một phòng xông hơi nhỏ cạnh phòng tập thể dục với tầm nhìn ra khu rừng, thật không thể tin được. Nhân viên thì cực kỳ hữu ích, thân thiện và chu đáo.
Đội ngũ thậm chí đã sắp xếp đá để tôi có thể tắm băng sau khi xông hơi.
Tôi cảm thấy có đủ sự riêng tư và yên tĩnh vì nơi đây chỉ có khoảng 10 phòng.
Cảm ơn Wayan và đội ngũ của bạn đã chăm sóc cho mọi nhu cầu của tôi và biến kỳ nghỉ của tôi trở nên thật kỳ diệu.
Tôi không thể nói đủ về bất động sản này và sẽ trở lại sớm thôi!
