Đánh giá: I am happy with this stay. Lobby smells nice. Breakfast spread is a lot. Room is clean and spacious. Good location with many eateries nearby and close to Nagoya Hills Mall. Walking distance to a 24hr First Spa. Would recommend this hotel. Aston never fails to impress me
Điểm cộng: I love everything about the hotel, from the super friendly staff the breakfast and the amazing clean room.. And also to the Manager in charge Ms Ria, thank you for accomodating to my something nice in the room for my 10th years anniversary. Me and my husband really happy and enjoy our stay. Will stay again there and recommended.

Điểm trừ: One of the towels in one of the rooms had marks on it. Some of the hangers were also faulty.
Điểm cộng: 1. All staff are friendly especially at the front office.n2. Breakfast is so good with variety of food.
Điểm trừ: 1. Using only one key card is not practical.n2. The use card for only related floor is not practical as well especially when you are in big family members where the rooms are at different floor.

Điểm trừ: TOWELS FOR SHOWER ROOM SHOULD BE NICE CLEAN. WE FOUND THAT EVERYDAY TOWELS ARE NOT GOOD CLEAN.

Điểm trừ: There was nothing much to improve because its already been built and ready to serve. Maybe need to improve manpower. Example doorman, porter,waiter or waitress (just a suggestion) 🤔
