Đánh giá: Apparently in a prior life this was a hospital that has been converted to a hotel. The photographer should be paid a bonus for making it seem bright and fresh. While there's nothing particularly wrong with the place given the price, the hallways had a mustiness about them that's hard to ignore. Once in the rooms, they're nice enough but clearly a bit of use. Agoda has some system of calling places '4-star', '5-star', or '3-star' but I've always found this rating to be a bit inflated relative to western standards. I'd say this place more like a 3 1/2 star hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. If my expectations had been lower to begin with, it would have been perfectly fine.
Điểm cộng: The hotel is located at a good location. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. The breakfast is good and the Italian restaurant of the hotel serves great (but pricey) food.
Điểm trừ: The facilities are out-dated and broken, it looks like this hotel has not been renovated since the 1990s. Almost nothing worked properly and things are broken and dirty. Even the bed sheets have stains and holes in them.rnrnThe swimming pool was disgusting. I don't know what it was, but there were little white flakes of .... something... floating around in the water. Good for taking a quick picture but I would not recommend staying in the water for more than 5 minutes as it's extremely dirty. rnrnThere was a cockroach walking between the buffet during breakfast serving. rnrnThe only reason I give this hotel a fair rating is because the price is OK and the room was big with nice sea view. Also, the service of the staff is good. Besides that, the hotel itself is extremely out-dated.

Điểm trừ: The whole property is just 25 years old, but it looks 250 yo. Some renovation is in order, from walls with peeling paint, stain on walls on corridor, furniture in the room had better days, sometimes 25 years ago

Đánh giá: The foyer area is spacious and opulent. Staff were helpful, available but not intrusive. We had connected rooms that were spacious and adequately furnished. A good range of tasty well presented food at the breakfast buffet. We have stayed before and will again.

Điểm cộng: I like the location of this hotel. I had outpatient appointment in Siloam Hospital, and staying at this hotel really providing comfort I need for my appointment. The staffs were friendly, and willing to take care of my luggage while I was attending my appointment. The rate for this hotel compare to the services provided was fair. The restaurant also provided wide range of delicious foods and the price was reasonable for a hotel.

Điểm cộng: The hotel roomS were incredible. My room ended up being two rooms, each about 7 meters square! Two bathrooms. Two huge TVs. Beautiful view of the city as I was on the 11th floor.
Điểm trừ: Only one thing: the hot water wasn't hot, just a little luke-warm.
