ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya

Đánh giá: Out of my expectation, this hotel is clean, super clean. The first time the aircon in the room not cold enough and they move us to other room which is better. The room have bathub and the rain shower was perfect. It just there was a view times the water heater is not working but thats ok for us as surabaya is so hot in the afternoon. And the room upstairs is often to make loud noise on their floor but its afternoon as well so not to important for us. Location is perfect, and the service also super good. Security and reception also cleaner are awesome. Will stay in here again for sure if we are in surabaya.

Đánh giá: Vibesnya entah kenapa remang dan kurang nyaman apalagi pas bawa anak2 kesana, lift 2 yg satu rusak alhasil antri banget di lift nya, kamar sih oke luas, tp syg krg bersih, krn klrgku yg sensitif debu saat masuk gk lama bersin2 hidung gk nyaman (indikator berdebu). Makanan lumayan bermacam tp rasa so so sih. Ya semoga lbh byk yg ditingkatkan lagi

Đánh giá: Quite a nice hotel. Back then when it was TS Suites the hotel was having a great shopping and F&B arcade nearby at Sutos. Too bad it’s not happening anymore.nnThe hotel needs a little attention on the cleanliness and maintenance details. Location wise was great.

Đánh giá: Not gonna go back to this hotel anytime soon. Bad service, when I arrived around 7/8pm, only 1 person standby to help us check in, and we were interrupted several times by other guest asking for taxi, or by phone call from other rooms. I stayed longer, 4D3N. Soap and shampoo were mixed with water so bad, and soap were empty but they didn’t refill it, we gave them 2 days, but in the end we need to asked them to refill or else it’s not gonna happen. Room was the only thing that was good, big bed and spacious with bath tub. But location wise, it’s not your go to if you want something that sits in the middle of the city. Fitness center, don’t even think about it, space is not proper. I don’t see why this is a 4 stars hotel, and there are a lot of other options in Surabaya that worth to try besides this hotel.

Điểm cộng: It’s near kodam brawijaya tennis club which the purpose of our stay.nBreakfast is good. Tasty indonesian food. Service man and reception have been great

Đánh giá: The room was spacious and provided a good sleep experience. The staff were friendly, breakfast was ok, but the gym was a bit abandoned, with some equipments was worn down and dusty. Overall, it was a good experience to stay here.

Đánh giá: Value for the money, location location, close to everything and close to my family. Perfect as always and this is my second time feels like home always, everyone so very nice always try to help. Love the place ❤️
