Đánh giá: Went here with my family we booked a two-room unit. The unit was nice and clean. The location was accessible to the places we visited. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but it was large enough for my nieces. The only downside was the small parking lot sometimes we could not find a space to park. But worry not, the parking staff will help you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Đánh giá: rooms were not the same as shown in agoda. really bad advertisement. nnthe place feels unhygienic. it doesn’t feel clean, the bed sheets were dirty, the toilets, and we had to request for an iron as if its not a necessity in a room.nnthere’s a weird smell in the apartment. found out its from one of the sinks near the cooking area. told the staff and they said its probably the grease trap needed cleaning. nnThe ELECTRIC WAS OUT ON ONE OF THE NIGHTS. we had to buy the power but the owner paid at the end tho. it was a hassle because we had to go to the lobby IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT to ask the engineers as the telephone’s not working. nnstaff was helpful all the way. thank you.

Điểm cộng: The apartment is spotless and comfortable. I appreciated that Deni and Boni replied quickly and efficiently when I asked questions. The studio has everything I asked for: a small balcony to enjoy the mountain view and a kitchen area for me to prepare food. In all, I love to stay in this apartment again if I visit Bandung in the distant future. There is a swimming pool and gym at level 6 to use which is appreciated. The nearest Braga Street took 8 minutes to walk there.

Điểm cộng: Always feels like home away from home!The location is near Braga and it's a short walk to night market. The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, WiFi was reliable, and the AC kept the room cool. The host (Mr. Boni) was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth. Having a restaurant and Alfamart on the ground floor is huge as well. I'll be back for my meeting in May.

Điểm cộng: Clean, modern, and comfortable studio in Tera Bandung. Great location—walking distance to Braga, Asia Afrika, and the train station so I could head back to Jogja. The WiFi was fast, AC worked well, and the bed was super comfy. The building is secure, with a pool and gym, and the hosts were responsive. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay in Bandung! Would definitely return. Always a pleasure to see Mr. Boni and Mr. Deni as well.
