Đánh giá: tembok banyak yang berjamur black mold warnanya hitam cokelat gitu. ruangan meja jendela dll kotor berdebu, kaca jendela kotor buram, kasur sprei dan selimut kotor bau, sofa keras, banyak serangga entah kecoa atau serangga lain kecil, di toilet banyak semacam cacing larva kecil gitu di bagian lantai yg menggenang air🤢🤮 juga banyak lalat limbah, air panas ga nyala, selang bidet shower bocor, dapat handuk cuma satu, air minum rasanya udah aneh sepertinya udah lama bgt ga diganti, smart tv bisa tapi sayangnya wifi ga bisa ga ada koneksi internet jadi gimana mau nonton youtube netflix dll??? tembok tipis bgt bukan terbuat dari semen jadi suara kamar sebelah itu terdengar berisik sekali, plusnya ac cukup dingin

Đánh giá: Penerimaan dr staf bagus dan ramah, membantu dlm proses check in. Kamar cukup luas dgn fasilitas memadai, ada tv, AC cukup dingin, fasilitas pemanas air (apabila akan difungsikan harus mematikan AC). nKekurangannya handuk kelihatan sdh kumal, berikut sprei. Di kamar mandi hanya ada sabun badan, dan sikat gigi. Tisue tidak tersedia di kamar maupun toilet.nTidak tersedia lemari pakaian ataupun gantungan untuk pakaian.nApabila membawa mobil parkir Rp.6 rb/jam, motor Rp.3 rb/jam.nAda sofa yg cukup nyaman utk bersantai.

Đánh giá: yang paling tidak disukai adalah proses check in yang berada di ruangan kecil di basement. panas, sumpek. apartemen biasa aja, terlihat sekali tidak untuk ditempati.

Điểm trừ: I never given any bad reviews on anyone's listings before, but this was the worst stay we have ever had. 260k/night was just not worth it, we have stayed in places that are cheaper than that but there were nothing like this one. The room was filthy, the bed sheets were just too old and worn out, the wifi connection was bad, there was few molds on the walls, the floors were still dusty even after they had it clean when i complained about it, the kettle was nasty (there was bits of indomie leftover and the ants were just nesting inside, this is why i have to give 1/10 rating), the balcony was full of cigarette butts, and there was a nightly rate parking outdoor that cost 50k/night but if the mall is closed you need to walk further from the apartment lobby(that was so hot) which is located in the basement. There was a problem during checkout, i had no idea that their office isnt open until 9am/10am, and i had to go before 9am, so i waited until i have got no patience left, and annoyed the staff with loads of messages until he finally replied.nnSuggestions: change the kettle and put a huge red sticker nearby to warn the guests that it is only for water and they will be fined if they put anything other than plain water (use the fine to get proper brush and sponge to clean out the kettle), provide indoor slippers, it is okay to increase the rate so you can buy new sheets, and tell the cleaners that even though the balcony is small and only for the ac fan purpose, it is still part of the apartment therefore they should clean it properly. And put an operational hours sign in your office, and write down a number that is available 24/7 for the guests.
