Positive points: Absolute perfect! Quite and cozy place with VERY friendly people
Positive points: Bed was comfortable (mattress was soft unlike some of those rock hard slabs some accommodation places provide), the flatscreen TV was large & had Netflix, and the room had a small refrigerator.
Negative points:
The place was way too noisy from both internal and external sources (soundproofing was terrible). On the first morning from 7am they had workers using a high pressure water cleaner and they all tried to talk (yell) above it. This occurred near the enclosed pool area, so the noise was trapped and echoed loudly. Also on all mornings there is a local dog that barks constantly. On the second morning the owner started to bang and clatter in a nearby room from 6am. She also turned on the main lights, which is disturbing as the room doors are made with frosted glass....so the light shines straight in. On my last night I had to physically get up out of bed at 1.30am to turn this light off as it was left on.
The bathrooms all have a large window, but no curtain and thus no privacy whatsoever....a voyeurs delight! On my last night they had water issues resulting in no cold water, so the water was scalding hot. The problem was eventually fixed, but took a while to occur. The bathroom door also has frosted glass, so early morning sunlight floods the room.
There is no coveted parking, so my bike was left out in the rain.
On the last day/night a family group of nationals stayed, so there was lots of internal noise (especially by their screaming and yelling children) which went onto very late at night. So obviously there are NO quiet hours enforced, and guests can make as much noise as they see fit without constraint or intervention from management.

Positive points: It is a beautiful property and our room was lovely and very comfortable. Huge bathroom and very hot water. The small pool was cool and clean but under cover. The staff tried very hard to please us. The inclusive breakfast was minimal.
Negative points: We were the only guests so it felt a bit strange especially as the property is actually far from the centre

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Especially the girl (didnt get her name) who has the most contagious laugh i have ever heard. Whenever she laughs (and its a lot), everyone laughs :D
Hotel is very cosy, clean, well maintained. Gives a great sense of peace and tranquility. Super silent area. Great overall experience!
Positive points: Absolutely everything was great. Owners were the nicest people and provided us with excellent service!

It is a really nice place, there is even a sauna and a pool.
The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast was good too.
Review:
The wooden-style hotel is located in a small alley, approx. 3 meters, where you need a private car/motorbike. The car park is enough for guests. The common area and room were always clean. The staff kept cleaning the whole hotel and was ready to service.
However, the main room door and the bathroom door are light-transmitted glass doors. The curtain in the room was not blackout. You may feel uncomfortable if you are sensitive to light at night. There was no bathroom curtain. You may not feel private. The windows are fixed. So, the air ventilation is not so good that you may expect it in Bao Loc.
Overall: Value-for-money hotel
Pros: Cleanliness, Well-maintenance, Car park
Cons: Privacy, Air ventilation, Light, Very limited breakfast menu, Very cold & salty swimming pool

Tôi không hề ở nơi này. Tôi đặt phòng và có xác nhận. Sau đó họ gọi tôi yêu cầu huỷ, vì họ không còn chỗ. Tôi không đồng ý và muốn họ phải tự huỷ. Nhưng rốt cuộc họ không huỷ vì sợ mất điểm trên Agoda. Tôi khẳng định không hề ở nơi này.
Tôi cũng không tin tưởng cách làm ăn của họ, họ sẵn sàng huỷ booking của bạn nếu có ai khác trả giá cao hơn.
Tôi sẽ không bao giờ sử dụng dịch vụ của họ trong tương lai.

Phòng rộng, mới và đẹp.
Giường cũng êm.
Mình đến vào 2h sáng, vẫn có người mở cửa.
Negative points: Thiếu chuông để bấm khi lễ tân vắng mặt.

Tòa nhà villa tạo không khí ấm cúng trong tiết trời lạnh của Bảo Lộc.
Cách mặt đường 1km, đi qua 2 con đốc.
Phòng rộng, đủ tiện nghi. Tuy vậy, không có trò và cà phê, ly thủy tinh thiếu muỗng đi kèm. Bên cạnh đó, nhà vệ sinh để cửa lưới nhỏ thông gió tự nhiên nên rất lạnh.
Dù vậy, vẫn đủ đầy tiện nghi với phòng xông hơi, hồ bơi (dù mình không dùng) và bếp chung. Có ăn sáng hủ tiếu, chủ sẽ order về.
Thuê xe máy số 120k/ ngày bao xăng.

Negative points:
Thứ nhất: Villa đang có khách ở mà đi sửa nước giờ cao điểm. Khách bơi xong lên hơn 1 tiếng đồng hồ vẫn không có nước tắm. Khách gọi 3 4 cuộc thì khẳng định nói đã có nước trong khi không có nước, nói khách qua phòng khác tắm khách mang đồ qua tắm cũng không có nước. Đến cuối cùng khách phải mượn xô chậu hứng nước giếng tắm.
Thứ hai: villa gì mà 9h tối đã đóng cửa không cho khách chạy xe ra ngoài, mỗi lần ra ngoài hay có người khác vào gặp phải liên hệ chủ villa, rất bất tiện.
Thứ ba: lễ tân hầu như không có mặt. Lúc cần gặp liên hệ thì không biết liên hệ cách nào, phải gọi cho chủ villa thì mới được giải quyết.

Thường thì cửa vào biệt thự bị đóng và không ai trả lời chuông.
Ga trải giường có chất liệu nylon tổng hợp khiến bạn ra mồ hôi nhiều.
Vào ngày trả phòng, một người phụ nữ đã vào phòng của tôi mà không gõ cửa, gần như đẩy tôi ra sớm một giờ.
Cửa thì nửa trong suốt, vì vậy ánh sáng ở hành lang chiếu vào phòng của bạn vào ban đêm.
Không có cách âm, bạn có thể nghe thấy mọi thứ xảy ra trong biệt thự.
Tôi thật may mắn khi ở đó một mình, nhưng khi nơi này đầy khách thì có thể sẽ là một vấn đề.
Bể bơi ở đó, nhưng trông rất không hấp dẫn với đủ loại hộp được lưu trữ xung quanh.
Ngoài ra, nơi này nằm ở vị trí yên tĩnh và nếu bạn may mắn có hàng xóm yên tĩnh thì mọi chuyện sẽ ổn.
Review: Chỗ hơi buồn một tí, bảo lộc hàng quán 8h tối là đóng cửa, chị chủ rất dễ thương, có cô phụ hơi lớn tuổi nên hơi kỹ tính một tí, phòng hôm đó máy lạnh ko mát, đã sưaz nhưng vẫn vậy. Hồ bơi lạnh teo, book có hòi bơi để bé nhà mình bơi nhưng lạnh lắm, để làm kiểng cho đẹp
Review: Phòng vip rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, với tầm nhìn ra núi tuyệt đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện và hữu ích. Rất đáng được khuyến nghị.
