Review: I had a very disappointing stay at this apartment. When we arrived at 5:30 PM (already late in the day), the place wasn’t ready, and we had to wait. On top of that, the apartment wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, which set the tone for the rest of the stay.nnThere are two managers, but they clearly don’t communicate with each other, causing a lot of confusion and misinformation. Worse, the cleaning lady entered the apartment unannounced while we were sleeping—completely unacceptable!nnThe water also stopped working multiple times, leaving the bathroom unusable. We messaged the manager about these problems, but they didn’t bother to respond. There were no utensils to clean used dishes and no plastic bags provided for the trashcans. When we asked what to do with full trash cans, the host didn’t even reply.nnThe only positive is that the location is close to the lakes, and there are some food options in the area. However, getting around further required using taxis, as it’s not convenient to walk to most places.nnOverall, poor communication, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional management made this stay frustrating. I would not recommend this place.
