Đánh giá: Beautiful location and villa only to be ruined be the constant noise of building work and fishing boats. Strat you morning bright and early at 4.30 as the you here the fisherman going to work right outside your bedroom window. Enjoy the rest of your day with constant drilling and hammering from 7.00am to 6.00pm, then to finish your day listen to groups of workers messing around at 11.00-12.00 midnight. Great place if you don’t like sleeping . Even after we asked staff for the work to start at 9.00am they still starred at 7.30. We will move to another villa as this is not good for are health!

This is definitely one of my most favourite stays in the last 2year overseas trip.
Very affordable and private.

Đánh giá: It's a tiny hotel, with only four separate houses. The view is beautiful.
Điểm cộng: Great breakfast served as you like it daily. Wonderful staff Made is a joy. They will take you anywhere you want to go. Spacious room wonderful view.

Note: if you have mobility issues, this place may be difficult for you to navigate. Steps are very big and you will need to go up and down stairs daily if you get out or go to breakfast. Just be advised.
Also, there is no useable beach from the property. You will need transportation. This place is at the very end of Amed in terms of centrality.

Floors of the nice villa, with 2 balconies with the ocean view, very nice sleeping with that sounds… one thing - it’s quite far from any nice places or restaurants

Location is too far and no cell reception.
The villa is falling apart and Deffinetly needs some renovation
The doors in the villa was broken. Wall pain was cracking and Deffinetly needs a fresh coat of pain. Wardrobes falling apart too.
The matrass ruined my back.
In the corners I found spider web which seems to be there for a while
Breakfast was bad.
When we checked in we were informed that room service is only once in two days even though on Booking. Com it's says daily and guess what we stayed for 3 days and we didn't have room service even once.
The omlet was oily and not tasty. We ordered pancakes instead what we got was 1 thin crape with few pieces of banana. On the last day the only thing I ordered was a toast and guess what they were out of bread. How can you serve breakfast without bread? So all in all would not recommend

Đánh giá: Kỳ nghỉ rất thú vị. Các phòng tuyệt vời và được trang bị đầy đủ, tầm nhìn qua vịnh thật tuyệt vời. Khu nghỉ dưỡng vừa mới được mua lại và đang trong quá trình cải tạo. Giống như nhiều bất động sản ở Amed, nó được xây dựng trên sườn đồi và có nhiều bậc thang có thể hơi khó khăn để di chuyển, tuy nhiên cầu thang mới thì tốt hơn cầu thang cũ. Lựa chọn món ăn hạn chế nhưng có nhiều lựa chọn tốt ở Amed và xung quanh. Chỗ đậu xe hạn chế và khó khăn do dốc nhưng điều này cũng sẽ được giải quyết bởi các chủ mới. Nó nằm ở phía nam khu vực bãi biển Bunutan nên khá yên tĩnh, điều này làm cho nó trở thành một căn cứ hữu ích nếu bạn có phương tiện riêng, nếu không hãy chọn nơi nào gần trung tâm hơn nếu bạn có kế hoạch đi bộ mọi nơi. Tôi sẽ giới thiệu vì các phòng và tầm nhìn và tôi sẽ ở đó một lần nữa.

Điểm trừ: The villas are right on the beach and the local fishermen have their boats there. They start at about 4am and return at 7-7.30am and there is a LOT of noise. Like a lawnmower outside your room. Good alarm clock I guess )
